Casper Man At Bar Fight Bites A Sheriff's Deputy

(Gillette, Wyo.) Two men allegedly became unruly at Hank's Bar on Thursday morning. At around 1:30 a.m., staff called the Sheriff's Office in Wright to report a bar fight. Two men were refusing to leave after one of them punched a bartender, and another assaulted a patron entering the bar. A woman was also shoved by one of the men. According to dispatch, four people then began arguing outside the bar in the parking lot. When deputies arrived to diffuse the situation, 25 year old William Sciolino, of Casper, allegedly bit a deputy on the forearm and hand, breaking the skin. He was arrested for causing bodily harm to an officer. At the detention center, Sciolino was so uncooperative during booking that they were unable to take a mugshot. He is on probation out of Natrona County for interference with an officer, breach of peace, and destruction of property. He appeared in Circuit Court on Friday afternoon where he revealed he previously spent time in jail in Nevada for an argument he had with his grandmother. His bond was set at $7500. He must wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet until further notice. His preliminary hearing in District Court is set for February 19th. The deputy that was bitten was treated at Campbell County Hospital and is back to work today. #county17 #news -- *Brenda Kirk* Community Maven for | 614.940.7121 Twitter | Instagram | Facebook PitchEngine™ | *Connecting Communities* | Twitter | Facebook
