Dispatch: Ruckus at Good Times; Drugs stolen

Here's is your report from law enforcement on Monday. All calls took place between 6 a.m March 22nd and 6 a.m. March 23rd. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Luka Gerzic, 26, Chicago IL*, arrested for a municipal warrant. *James Johnson, 30, Gillette,* stopped for not having headlights. Failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI. Blood alcohol leve was .16 at detention. *Jeremy Kelsey, 21, Gillette*, arrested for a bond revocation. *John Miller, 39, Gillette*, arrested for two warrants and two bond revocations. *Wade Oedenkoven, 27, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Brandon Wells, 25, Moorcroft*, arrested for a probation violation. *Calls* 11 a.m. Monday morning the Sheriff's Office performed a security check at Gillette-Campbell County Airport. This was per request of the Air Marshall in Denver, as part of a nationwide sweep of airport security after the attacks in Brussels. The Sheriff's Office regularly checks the airport as part of their normal patrol. *Suspicious Activity* 12:51 p.m. at Rozet Elementary School, a man showed up to help the kitchen staff. He claimed he had been sent there by school HR, but no one knew of any request for extra help at the school. *Fraud* 9:16 a.m. A 43 year old woman reported to Gillette Police that she bought a 128 gig iPad mini on eBay, but never received it. The seller says UPS tracking shows it was delivered on March 10th. The woman paid $176 for the item. Police are investigating. 4:28 p.m. A 37 year old man reported to Gillette Police that he was contacted by the IRS, who informed him that someone had filed a tax return with his and his wife's personal information. No money was lost. *Narcotics* 9:51 a.m. at the Days Inn, police performed a random K9 search of the hotel. Dogs indicated the possible presence of drugs at one particular door. No one answered it, so a search warrant was obtained to search the room. Inside, dogs found 6 grams of marijuana, numerous Tramadol pills , and various drug paraphernalia. Police are still trying to find male occupant. 8:32 p.m. A 25 year old man and his estranged 23 year old wife were allegedly arguing over joint property at their home on Fox Lane. While officers were on scene, comments were made about drug use in the home. A K9 searched the residence and found a marijuana pipe with residue and marijuana shake. No charges or citations were filed. 12:05 a.m. Tuedsay morning, Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute between a 28 year old man and a 27 year old woman. A marijuana pipe was found on the floor the home. K9 searched the residence and found another pipe under a bed. Both pipes were seized and logged for destruction. No charges or citations were filed. *Theft* 11:43 a.m. A 28 year old woman reported that two oxycodone acetaminophen tablets were taken from her residence. There had been several people in her home on the 17th, which is when she suspects they went missing. *Destruction of Property* 1:52 p.m. at North Campus, an 18 year old reported that her windshield had been damaged. It will be an estimated $200 to fix. *Breach of Peace* 5:15 p.m. A 26 year old woman at Good Times told police that a man was upset and intoxicated and allegedly flipped over a table before leaving the bar. Officers were unable to find him. There were no injuries or damages to the bar. They do know the suspect's name and he will be issued a trespass notice from Good Times, per the request of staff at the bar. *Domestic Violence* 9:19 p.m. A 25 year old woman reported that she had been hit in the face by her boyfriend. She says that she accidentally bumped in to a child, who then hit its head on a table. That's when the boyfriend got upset and struck her in the eye. She was evaluated by EMS but not taken to the hospital.
