Dispatch: Multiple issues at Montgomery Bar; DUIs, Domestic battery

Here's what happened with law enforcement this weekend. All calls took place between 6 a.m March 25th and 6 a.m. March 28th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Douglas Blakeman, 35, Arvada*, reportedly refused to leave Montgomery Bar at 9 a.m. Friday morning. Staff had asked him four times to leave, after he was allegedly threatening other patrons. He had to be physically escorted from the premises and gave a .28 blood alcohol level at detention. He was cited for refusing to leave. *Mason Bonar, 18, Gillette*, sentenced prisoner. *Tucker Bush, 39, Gillette*, arrested for driving with a suspended license. *Shane Davenport, 49, Spendora TX*, arrested for multiple charges stemming from a Reddi report. Employees at the Westover Road McDonald's contacted police on Sunday night about a man with slurred speech who was reportedly yelling while trying to place an order. He was stopped near Motel 6 and admitted to officers he had been drinking. He was found to have a warrant out of Platte County. He only completed a portion of his field sobriety test before announcing to officers he didn't want to do any more. He was arrested for DUI, the warrant, and also cited with not having a license or proper insurance, and making an illegal turn, as well as breach of peace. *Kolby Drube, 34, Gillette*, sentenced prisoner. *Lloyd Eldredge, 41, Gillette*, was arrested for domestic assault Friday after getting in to a physical fight with a 41 year old woman. *Zachary Epley, 20, Gillette*, was stopped Saturday night but allegedly gave Sheriff's deputies the wrong name when they asked for identification. It was later discovered he had two warrants. He was arrested for those, and cited with interference with an officer and driving under suspension. *Aaron Gray, 32, Gillette*, was arrested Saturday afternoon when police found him in Dalbey Memorial Park, near his 23 year old ex-girlfriend. She has a protection order against hi, which they are both reportedly trying to get dropped. He was arrested for violating the protective order. *Joseph Hanson, 53, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Meagan Harnish, 34, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Samuel Hildebrand, 20, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Lacy Huckins, 31, Gillette*, arrested for probation violation. *Christopher Kanash, 42, Gillette*, demanded Gillette Police take him to jail Saturday night. His 26 year old girlfriend reported that he'd hit her in the face, after getting upset about dyeing Easter eggs. Her eyeglasses were broken and she had a welt on her eye. He was reportedly intoxicated. He has been charged with domestic battery. *Donna Kline, 53, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Chelsea Martinez, 31, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Gilbert McQuin, 27, Casper*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Zachary Rainwater, 18, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant and probation violation. *Tristan Rosenau, 19, Gillette*, arrested for unknown reasons. *Landon Schmidt, 27, Gillette*, arrested for pedestrian under the influence. *Ronald Shoemaker, 35, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Andrew Sibielski, 33, Gillette*, was stopped Friday morning for speeding. Deputies allegedly smelled alcohol in his vehicle, but he claimed to have only had one drink. He failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI and cited for not having insurance. *Kenneth Stromberg, 30, Gillette*, arrested for DUI. *Marlo Syring, 46, Gillette*, was stopped Sunday morning around midnight. He was found to have been drinking, a violation of his probation, for which he is on a restricted license. He was arrested for DUI, his fifth in the past 10 years, and his blood alcohol level was found to be .10 at detention. *Justin Terry, 36, Gillette*, was allegedly seen speeding around 1:45 a.m. Sunday morning. Officers attempted to stop his Dodge Charger as it was clocked going 94 in a 55 mph zone. He reportedly tried to pull away from law enforcement, hitting a delineator post on the side of the road. Eventually he was stopped on Hamilton Road. He failed a field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI. His blood alcohol level at detention was .25. He was also cited for failure to report an accident and reckless driving. *Cole Wakefield, 31, Gillette*, sentenced prisoner. *Kaycee Wise, 23, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. A 32 year old man was arrested at Montgomery Bar Saturday night for charges related to meth. While investigating a disturbance at the bar, officers interviewed the man, who was considered a witness at that time. That is when officers discovered the warrant for his arrest for delivery of a controlled substance. *Calls* *Suspicious Act* Friday a woman reported that her grandson had been injured while attending Boces School. He had a bruise on his back and rib cage. The principal was contacted and surveillance video revealed the boy had fallen on his back on his own. *Theft* Friday afternoon, a 50 year old woman reported to the Sheriff's Office that some time between 2:30 p.m and 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, her wallet had been taken from her unlocked car. $1600 in cash and her Visa Green Dot card were inside. The Visa card had been used. There are no suspects. Friday night, a 43 year old man reported that a skill saw had been stolen from his front porch on Echeta Road some time between the 19th and the 25th. A 100 foot extension cord was also taken. The loss is estimated at $150. 4:45 p.m. Saturday, a 74 year old man reported that on the 26th at 4:30 p.m., a black pickup truck dumped several items of furniture in his dumpster. 8:10 p.m. Sunday, a 38 year old man reported that his 2006 Texas Bragg car hauler was missing from his storage area on Primrose Drive. He last saw it a couple of days ago. Its value is approximately $2000. *Children Unsupervised* Sunday morning on Monte Vista Lane, kids were reportedly jumping from their roof to their trampoline. Officers did not find anyone on the roof when they arrived but there were four children between the ages of 5 and 13 in the residence. Their mother was at the grocery store. They called her and she returned home and stated she would "handle it." Her 13 year old son climbed out a window and ran down the road while officers were still on scene, in order to avoid being punished. They were able to catch up to him and took him to the crisis shelter at the request of his mother. *Hit and Run* 6 p.m. Sunday a 59 year old woman stated that her son had parked her car in a parking spot on the first floor of the parking garage at the hospital, where it had been hit. Damages are greater than $1000, and the hospital is pulling video surveillance. *Bar Fight* Sunday around 6:30 p.m., a 32 year old man at Montgomery Bar was reportedly picking on other patrons who were smaller than him. A 43 year old man decided to remove the 32 year old after everyone wanted him gone. A shoving match ensued. Neither man was cited. *Information provided by GPD Lieutenant Chuck Deaton. GPD Sgt.
