Dispatch: Trouble at the Circle L; Aggravated assault and domestic battery

Here's what happened around Campbell County on Tuesday. All calls took place between 6 a.m March 29th and 6 a.m. March 30th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Cory Armstrong, 28, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Andy Blake, 19, Gillette*, arrested in Municipal Court Tuesday morning and sentenced to 30 days detention. *Sara Casner, 41, Gillette*, arrested Wednesday morning after a domestic dispute. Police found evidence that she had punched and hit her husband in the face. She was also found with red marks on her arms from where he had tried to restrain her. They were reportedly both intoxicated. She is charged with domestic battery. *Shane Davenport, 49, Splendora TX*, served a warrant in Campbell County Jail while in detention for a DUI. *Mark Kiser, 18, Gillette*, arrested Tuesday afternoon when police found him incoherent, which they suspected was from the use of Spice. He allegedly had a homemade pipe and a baggie with an unidentified white powder in it in his pocket. A search of his home turned up 1 gram of pot and paraphernalia. He was arrested for public intoxication and use of marijuana. *Timothy Martinez, 26, Gillette*, arrested for aggravated assault. His girlfriend claims they were in an argument Tuesday afternoon when he allegedly put his hands around her neck. She says she was not injured or choked at that time, but claims he returned to the fight later with a .45 caliber handgun which she reports he waived in her face and threatened her with. Martinez admitted he had a gun present during the argument but denies pointing it as his girlfriend. He claims he was "just trying to scare her." *Myron Means, 41, Gillette*, arrested for DUI. *Michael Solis, 50, Gillette*, served a bench warrant in the Converse County Jail. *Elvis Turnley, 37, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant and a bond revocation after police found him Tuesday afternoon at the Circle L Motel. A 33 year old woman at the motel claimed there was no one in her room, but police observed him going inside and realized he had a warrant. *Blaze Waltee, 25, Frenchtown MT*, sentenced to detention. *Chantel Wilkinson, 30, Gillette*, arrested for a probation violation. *Calls* *Destruction of Property* 7:45 a.m. a 23 year old man on Trails Circle reported that someone had damaged his window. It appears it had been shot at with a BB gun. Damages are estimated at $100. *Trespassing* 7:47 a.m. employees at the Circle L Motel requested a trespass notice be issued to a 37 year old man who had failed to pay his bill and climbed back in a window to retrieve his property after staff changed the lock on the room. Police are still trying to locate him. 9:48 a.m. on Pronghorn Meadow Lane, a man reported that his wife had seen someone on an orange 4-wheeler on their property. Sheriff's deputies found the man who claimed to be "test driving" the 4-wheeler to sell later, and claims he didn't realize the property was private. However he was found trespassing later on Lewis Road, where deputies claim the private property signs are clearly marked. *Fraud* A man was concerned to find an open Wi-Fi network in his area and called the Sheriff's Office on Tuesday afternoon. Deputies explained to the man that it was not hackers trying to get in to his personal computer, just unsecured WiFi. *Hit and Run* 8:42 a.m. a 60 year old woman reported that her Mini Cooper had been hit while parked at Wal-Mart. Damages are at least $1000. 10:26 p.m. a 37 year old woman reported that someone had hit her 2002 Chevy Trailblazer as it was parked at Pat's Liquor. The damage to her front bumper is $300. *Burglary* 9:32 a.m. on Clarion Drive, a 65 year old man reported that various tool shad been taken from his garage. They include a torch set, copper pipe tools, a bottle of oxygen and a bottle of acetylene. The approximate loss is $350. 5:09 p.m. on Brentwood Court a 50 year old man reported that the door of his camper had been pried open. A Pioneer stereo had been taken from inside. Loss plus damages are estimated at $400. *Breach of Peace* Gillette Police found two teenagers fighting Tuesday night. Reportedly the argument between a 19 year old and a 14 year old had started at Frontier Lanes, over Facebook messages. The 19 year old allegedly pushed the 14 year old, then agreed to take the argument back to the 19 year old's apartment. When the older teen attempted to apologize later, the 14 year old allegedly punched him in the ear. That's when the older boy got a knife. Police took several conflicting statements from witnesses and the two teens. They have decided to cite both with breach of peace. 3:32 a.m. at the Ramada Inn, a 24 year old man found his girlfriend in a room with another woman and two other men. When the shut him out, he reportedly began yelling at them through the door, and staff requested that police remove him from the premises. The two women are both on probation with alcohol restrictions but were allegedly intoxicated at the time police were on scene. A report has been forwarded to the county attorney's office. *Theft* 7:35 p.m. at the Budget inn, a 26 year old man reported that his cell phone had either been stolen or lost from his room.
