Dispatch: DUIs; Assault; Pill theft; Hit and Run

Here's the report from law enforcement over the weekend. All calls took place between 6 a.m April 1st and 6 a.m. April 4th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Stephanie Baca, 28, Gillette*, arrested for DUI. *Guy Bills, 58, Gillette*, allegedly confronted a 44 year old man about relationship problems with his wife. The 44 year old claims Bills punched him twice while he was trying to call 911, knocking the phone out of his hand and breaking it. The 44 year old had minor cuts on his wrist and elbow, and the phone was valued at $90. Bills was arrested for destruction of property, battery, and interference with emergency calls. *James Bissett, 38, Gillette*, arrested Friday for possession of a controlled substance and a bench warrant. *Joseph Burgener, 28, Casper*, arrested for a probation violation. *Austin Carson, 21, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Roger Cortez, 49, Trinidad CO*, arrested Saturday morning at the Lariat Cafe for public intoxication. He was reportedly unable to sit up and was slumped over in his seat. His blood alcohol level was .202 at detention. *Gregory Davis, 46, Gillette*, arrested for a bond revocation. *Rance Diede, 30, Gillette*, arrested for domestic battery. He allegedly was in an argument with his 19 year old girlfriend when he struck her in the face. Police report that she had a swollen nose and a red eye. Drug paraphernalia was found in residence. *Leaf Erland, 24, Gillette*, arrested for two counts of bond revocation. *Carlos Espinoza, 35, Gillette*, was stopped Saturday night for weaving in and out of his lane. He failed a standard field sobriety test and was arrested for DUI. His blood alcohol level at detention was .229. *Trevor Graygrass, 26, Gillette*, was arrested for a bench warrant. *Trevor Hanson, 26, Rozet*, was arrested for DUI Sunday morning when police saw his pickup truck leave Boot Hill, then drive up over the sidewalk on to the grass on North Gurley Avenue. *Shane Hollenback, 25, Gillette*, was arrested for unknown reasons at Menard's. *Tristan Hones, 33, Gillette*, was arrested for a bench warrant. *Eric Kaiser, 44, Gillette*, was stopped Saturday morning for speeding. He was found to have a bench warrant for failing to pay on a shoplifting citation. *William Lara, 39, Gillette*, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance. *Tyler Lee, 28, Gillette*, arrested for probation violation. *Angela Lewis, 39, Gillette*, arrested for a bond revocation. *Michele McCarty, 36, Gillette*, arrested for a DUI. *Wade Oedekoven, 26, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant and charged with theft of services. *Curtis Peterson, 43, Sheridan*, was arrested for a bench warrant *Nicole Reed, 30, Gillette*, was stopped for failing to maintain her lane of travel and arrested for DUI, charged also with interfering with an officer and not having proper insurance. *Jose Romero-Marquez, 52, Salt Lake City*, was arrested for public intoxication and urinating in public. *Joseph Sorenson, 30, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Russell Stromness, 42, Gillette*, stopped Monday morning and failed a standard field sobriety test. He was arrested for DUI and his blood alcohol level at detention was .18. He was also cited for driving on a suspended license. *Sheldon Tracy, 46, Gillette*, was arrested for being under the influence of drugs and cited with unlawful conduct. *Maxwell Walbridge, 24, Laramie*, was arrested Sunday morning at Boot Hill for allegedly breaking out two windows on the restaurant door. Police found him passed out on some of the tables inside. He admitted to breaking the windows. It's estimated the damages are $1600-$2000. *Robert Zaragoza, 20, Gillette*, stopped Sunday night after he reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign. He had a bench warrant and was arrested. He was also cited with not having proper insurance or a valid driver's license. *Calls* *Theft *A man reported to the Sheriff's Office that 10 hydrocodone pills had possibly been taken from his home. A search of a suspect did not turn up the missing medications. Deputies also instructed him how to properly dispose of old pills. *Domestic Violence *A 33 year old woman reported 28 year old boyfriend for destroying her phone, her prescription medication, and allegedly shoving her. He denied all of it and police were unable to substantiate the report. *Narcotics* A traffic stop Saturday afternoon on car with two 17 year old boys and an 18 year old turned up 1 gram of marijuana and 2 pipes during a search. One of the 17 year olds admitted to owning the drugs and was cited for possession. *Hit and Run* Saturday afternoon a 23 year old woman reported her Ford Focus had been hit between 4 and 6 p.m. while it was parked near Bufffalo Wild Wings. $100 damage. *Destruction of Property* Sunday afternoon a 63 year old man reported to the Sheriff's Office that he found a hole in the side of his shop after returning home from a two week absence. Deputies confirmed there was a hole on only one side of the shop that looked like a bullet hole.
