Free Admission to Devils Tower is one way to 'Find Your Park'

(Devils Tower, Wyo.) "National Park Week" starts April 16th, as part of the park service's 100th anniversary. Entrance fees to Devils Tower National Monument will be waived all week. "During National Park Week, and throughout the centennial year, we invite everyone from near and far to come to Devils Tower National Monument and experience the Tower," said Tim Reid, superintendent. The list of events at the park include: - National Junior Ranger Day, Saturday April 16, 11 a.m. - Tower Trail Guided Tour, Sunday, April 17 10 a.m. - Citizen Science Program, Wednesday April 20, 10 a.m. (All about the porcupines!) - Prairie Dog Town, Saturday April 23, 10 a.m. For everything but the prairie dog talk, join a ranger in front of the Visitor's Center. (Meet the rangers at Prairie Dog Town on Saturday for that event.) Remember to bring good hiking shoes and drinking water.
