Dispatch: DUIs; Inmate cited for jail fight; Felony child endangerment stemming from drug arrests

Here's the report from law enforcement from around Campbell County this weekend. All calls took place between 6 a.m. March 9th and 6 a.m. March 11th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Alexis Barbeau, 19, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Mario G Barrera Jr., 26, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant and bond revocation. *Julie Baysinger, 54, Rozet*, arrested for a DUI. *Kyler Bentsen, 29, Gillette*, arrested for a probation violation. *Michael Brandt, 28, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Cheryl Callender, 34, Casper*, arrested for a warrant. *Robert Carr, 24, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Necole Collazo, 48, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Eric Diggs, 38, Gillette*, arrested for a bond revocation. *Johnny Edwards, 39, Gillette*, was pulled over Sunday night for driving too slowly down 4-J Road. He allegedly was under the influence and so was charged with felony DUI as this was his fourth offense. While approaching the vehicle, the deputy reportedly heard the sound of a round being chambered. After admitting to drinking and then arguing with the deputy about getting out of his car, refusing a field sobriety test, refusing a breath test (at detention) and refusing to get in the patrol vehicle, Edwards was cited for interfering with an officer. A search of his car revealed empty beer cans and an empty whiskey bottle, plus a .45 ACP pistol with a round in the chamber and a nearly full magazine. He was also charged with driving under suspension and operating a firearm while intoxicated. *Lyndsey Gerlosky, 33, Gillette*, arrested for a bond revocation and probation violation. *Dalton Gotschall, 20, Gillette*, served with a bench warrant while in detention for felony drug charges. *Paul Grantt, 55, Gillette*, arrested for DUI and open container. *Krissa Hayes, 23, Gillette*, arrested for bond revocation. *Leonides Hernandez-Huerta, 52, Gillette*, arrested for DUI, and cited with open container and not having a valid driver's license. *Tandie Hooks, 29, Gillette*, cited with probation violation while in detention. *Ronda Huber, 47, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Ashley Hveem-Ryan, 38, Gillette*, arrested for public intoxication. *Michelle Kiefer, 30, Gillette*, arrested for DUI. *Christopher Lara, 22, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Brandon Lyman, 25, Gillette*, arrested for abandoning big game. *Ashley Marks, 31, Gillette*, reportedly took two boxes of donuts from Wal-Mart, valued at $4.50. She was found to have a warrant and was arrested. She was also cited for shoplifting and trespassed from Wal-Mart. *Clay McDowall, 35, Kimball NB*, arrested for DUI. *Paul Nehmer, 31, Gillette*, arrested Sunday morning when police responded to reports of domestic violence. Nehmer and his 28 year old girlfriend were reportedly intoxicated and involved in a physical fight. She reported that he hit her multiple times in the face, and in response she scratched his neck and spit in his face. They both had injuries to that effect. She had tried to call 911, but he allegedly put her in a bear hug. He was arrested for domestic battery, and cited with interfering with a 911 call. A report has been forwarded to DFS, as the couple has a pair of one month old twins that were in the room when it happened. *James Pike, 34, Gillette*, arrested for public intoxication. *Vance Roady, 40, Gillette*, arrested for Saturday after police responded to Echeta Road for a report of marijuana use. He reportedly turned over .6 grams of marijuana and a pipe when contacted by officers. A K9 searched the residence and found a container that at one time contained marijuana edibles. He was charged with possession of marijuana. *Logan Rogers, 22, Gillette*, arrested for a warrant. *Monica Sanchez-Gomez, 40, Gillette,* arrested for DUI. *William Sciolino, 26, Casper*, was already in detention for allegedly assaulting a Sheriff's Deputy . He reportedly was involved in a fight on Saturday afternoon with another inmate in the county detention center, and was charged with battery. *Michael Street, 18, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. *Claudio Varela, 31, Gillette*, arrested for a DUI and not having a valid driver's license. *Cole Wakefield, 29, Gillette*, sentenced prisoner. *Bradford Walsh, 42, Billings*, arrested for DUI. *Jason Worden, 39, Rozet*, arrested for a bench warrant. *David Young, 49, Gillette*, served a bench warrant while in detention for a probation violation. *Calls* *Drugs* 1:43 p.m. Saturday afternoon, Sheriff's deputies arrested a man for two bench warrants. When law enforcement arrived he reportedly tried to run from them. A search of his residence turned up suspected meth, marijuana, and assorted drug paraphernalia. He refused consent to search his car, so a search warrant was obtained and the car was towed to the Sheriff's Office for further inspection. Two children under the age of 6 were present in the home, so he has also been charged with felony child endangering, and cited with a bond revocation. 7:27 p.m. While performing a traffic stop for not having registration, the passenger in a vehicle was found to be in possession of a socket pipe with unknown residue inside. The passenger claims they found it on the side of the road. The driver was cited for improper registration. *Theft *8:11 a.m. Saturday a 38 year old man reported to GIllette Police that his 16 year old son had two subwoofers and an amplifier stolen from his car some time between March 24th and April 2nd. Loss is $1250. 1:26 p.m. Saturday the owner of Dexter's Automotive reported that 45 aluminum wheels stolen some time overnight on Friday. $515 loss. *Criminal Trespassing* 9:52 a.m. Saturday a 47 year old man was cited for trespassing for being at AT&T Mobile on Boxelder Road, where he had been trespassed from on a prior occasion. 8:39 p.m. a 47 year old woman requested a trespass notice against a 29 year old man who has allegedly been harassing the woman's 26 year old daughter after a break-up. Reportedly he constantly drives by her residence. Officers are still trying to locate him. *Destruction of Property* 2:20 p.m. Saturday 42 year old man reported to Gillette Police that his fence along the alleyway on Carey Avenue had been damaged. Estimated damages are $50. 6:56 p.m. several kids under the age of 7 were in a neighbor's yard on Sierra Circle, reportedly damaging a picket fence. They were also hitting the homeowner's car with sticks and rocks. Officers spoke to the children's parents. *Public Intoxication* 4:39 p.m. a 54 year old woman was reportedly highly intoxicated when officers found her on Vivian Street. She was taken to the ER to receive medical treatment and was cited for intoxication. She tested .47. *Car Accident* 5:29 p.m. Saturday, two cars collided in the intersection of Boxelder and Butler Spaeth. A 16 year old was driving a Honda van and he reportedly made a left turn, crashing into a Ford pickup driven by a 31 year old. Damages are in excess of $1000 on both vehicles, which had to be towed from the scene. The 16 year old was cited for failure to yield. There were injuries reported. *Hit and Run* 9:24 p.m. in Wright, a deputy heard skidding tires near Highway 387. Upon investigation he found a bent and broken light pole with car parts scattered underneath. The suspect was found later, she was cited with speeding and failure to report a crash. 9:58 p.m. at the Office Saloon, a pickup truck was reportedly damaged in the parking lot. Employees are check video surveillance for suspects. *Bar Fight* 1:47 a.m. Sundance Lounge a 61 year old man, who was found walking away from the bar, and reportedly had a bloody mouth and a contusion on his head. A 48 year old man allegedly pushed him from behind, causing him to fall in the parking lot and hit his head. EMS checked him out, and he didn't want to press charges, but due to his injuries and witness statements, the 48 year old was cited with breach of peace. 2:11 a.m. Boothill a 25 year old man and two of his friends were allegedly fighting with bar staff and refusing to leave. Outside they reportedly got in to a fight with a 23 year old man, and a witness stated that the 23 year old hit one of the other men in a head with a beer bottle. He was issued a trespass notice from the property, and police are still searching for the other three men. *Theft of Service* 11:42 a.m. Sunday the owner of an apartment complex on Laramie Street reported illegal dumping in his dumpster that has been ongoing for at least the past five years. Some of the trash had a name on it that did not belong to a resident. Officers are attempting to locate the suspect. *Burglary* 3:44 p.m. Sunday a 22 year old woman reported several items missing from her apartment on Dogwood Avenue.
