Dispatch: Domestic violence; Inappropriate texts; Storage unit break-in

Here's what happened around Campbell County on Monday. All calls took place between 6 a.m April 11th and 6 a.m. April 12th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Kale Hurley, 31, Casper*, arrested for a warrant. *Ashley Hveem-Ryan, 38, Gillette*, arrested Monday night when his 32 year old girlfriend and he were reportedly involved in an argument that turned physical. The woman claims they were in bed when the fight began, and a pushing match ensued. She claims while he was trying to grab her car keys from her, he bit her wrist. There were also injuries to her chest. He allegedly smashed a chandelier which cut his hand. He wasn't on on scene when officers arrived but they located him a short distance away and arrested him for domestic battery. *Marilyn Kennedy, 24. Gillette*, arrested for driving on a suspended license and a failure to appear warrant. *Donna Kline, 53, Gillette*, served with a warrant while in detention. *Fernando Noyola, 22, Gillette*, served with a warrant while in detention. *John Salgado, 24, Gillette*, arrested at the VOA for another agency. *Mary Steele, 37, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant and bond revocation. *Richard Yerdon, 25, Gillette*, arrested for a bond revocation. *Calls* *Suspicious Activity *7:42 a.m. at Twin Spruce Junior High two 12 year old students were reported to be sharing inappropriate messages with a 14 year old student. Their parents were notified. *Theft *1:37 p.m. at North Campus a 17 year old reported that $15 in cash had been taken from his wallet in his unlocked gym locker. 6:07 p.m. a 21 year old employee of K-Mart was reported to have taken $96 worth of property at a prior time, and allegedly printed $2280 worth of money orders and cashed them for herself. 6:54 p.m. a 57 year old woman reported that her garbage dumpster had been taken from in front of her home on Kenadie Drive. The loss is $150. *Harassment* 2:45 p.m. a 43 year old man reported that he was being harassed by his estranged wife. She was asked by police not to continue texting her husband while they were going through divorce proceedings. *Child Abuse* 2:54 p.m. a 12 year old reported that her 50 year old father hit her on the leg with a wooden stick several times. He allegedly also slapped her. Police are investigating. *Vandalism* 4:50 p.m. a 56 year old man reported to the Sheriff's Office that his motorcycle had been damaged. It was later found that his wife's son had been riding the bike with a knee brace, which was the cause of the scratches in the paint. *Fraud *4:54 p.m. a 22 year old woman reported that she received a phone call from someone claiming to be a civil processing center. They demanded a $422 payment. She made arrangements to pay and then realized it may be a scam, and reported it to police. She also attempted to stop payment. *Trespassing* 5:26 p.m. a 59 year old woman on Northern Drive told deputies that a 14 year old had been riding his ATV in her horse pasture and she wanted him issued a trespass warning. Deputies spoke to the teenager's father. *Breach of Peace* 5:28 p.m. a 23 year old woman told officers that her next door neighbor was yelling at her and her daughter while they were in the front yard, which caused them to go back inside their home on Midday Court. Officers are attempting to contact the neighbor. *Criminal Entry* 7:44 p.m. a 56 year old woman reported that someone had cut off the master lock to her storage unit at Southern Drive Self Storage and replaced it with a different lock.
