Dispatch: Drug arrests; Stolen bike; Domestic battery

Here is your report from law enforcement for Thursday. All calls took place between 6 a.m. April 13th and 6 a.m. April 14th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Walter Blake, 25, Gillette*, arrested Wednesday afternoon after his 27 year old wife reported that he was intoxicated and broke a sliding glass window during a fight. He allegedly also grabbed her wrist and pinned her to a chair, preventing her from leaving. He was arrested for domestic battery and intoxication. *Albert Cheatham, 45, Gillette,* arrested for a bond revocation. *Bruce Duggins, 36, Gillette*, transported to detention from Montana for a bond revocation. *James Franklin, 35, Kelso WA*, arrested for possession of meth and a stolen firearm. *Christopher Good, 33, Gillette*, arrested for three bond revocations. *Matthew Isaacson, 28, Gillette,* sentenced prisoner. *Kahleaha Malone, 40, Wright,* sentenced prisoner. *Brianna Oland, 23, Darby MT,* arrested for not having a valid driver's license and no auto insurance. *Calls* *Threats* 9:31 a.m. a 19 year old woman reported that she was receiving harassing text messages from her ex-boyfriend in response to her filing custody paperwork for their child. The man lives in Casper. Police are investigating. *Destruction of Property* 10:03 a.m. a 23 year old woman reported the rear window of her car was broken out some time during the night while it was parked on East Boxelder Road. Police have a few suspects and are investigating. $400 is the approximate cost of damages. *Stalking *11:44 a.m. a 16 year old was reportedly confronted by an 18 year old man while she was getting off of the school bus on Saunders Blvd. The man is not a student at the high school and will be issued a trespass notice. *Twin Spruce Junior High* 12:18 p.m. Staff reported a 13 year old boy coming to school late and having multiple outbursts while at school. The boy's father was contacted and DFS will be consulted about helping the parents. 2:25 p.m. a 13 year old reported his 8" tablet was taken from his track locker. Loss is $115. *Criminal Trespassing *12:21 p.m. a 25 year old woman and 24 year old man were trespassed from a residence on Boxelder. They were also trespassed from Arrowhead due to reported harassment. *Car Theft *12:24 p.m. a 65 year old woman reported that someone stole her 2010 BMW from her residence on Ross Avenue some time after 7 a.m. *Domestic Violence* 1:03 p.m. a 29 year old woman and a 54 year old woman both reportedly had scratches after a fight. Each claimed it was the fault of the other woman. Neither needed medical treatment and officers couldn't determine who had started the fight. They stood by as the 54 year old woman removed her belongings from the residence. *Vehicle Accident *3:46 p.m. A woman in a GMC Acadia was rear-ended by a 31 year old male in a Chevy Suburban after his foot slipped off the brake at an intersection, causing a collision. There were no injuries and the man was cited for following too close. *Theft* 5:27 p.m. a woman reported her 12 year old son's bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at Paintbrush Elementary. He claimed it was missing after he was released from school. It is a Red Line bike, valued at $65. *Breach of Peace* 8:02 p.m. Two teenagers, aged 15 and 16, were reportedly confronting a 14 year old and a 16 year old, following them to a residence on Blue Avenue, trying to fight them, and yelling profanities. The confrontation ended when their stepfather came outside and told the boys to leave. The 15 and 16 year old were both cited with breach of peace. *Narcotics *7:27 p.m. Sheriff's deputies stopped a car going 85 in a 65 mph zone. A search of the vehicle turned up 10.2 grams of marijuana in containers. The 28 year old driver was cited for possession. 9:50 p.m. Sheriff's deputies were looking for an 18 year old because of his behavior possibly from narcotic use. Gillette officers arrived at Mountain View Drive to help search for him, and detected marijuana at the apartment complex. After trying to get someone to come to the door, they obtained a search warrant for the residence and found the 18 year old they were looking for inside. A search of the apartment turned up marijuana paraphernalia and an unknown white crystal substance, as well as a marijuana grinder. The man was cited for possession. 2:29 a.m. Deputies performed a traffic stop on a couple driving on 6th street. The driver, 23 year old Brianna Oland, did not have a driver's license or proper insurance. Her passenger, 35 year old James Franklin, was found in possession of 2.9 grams of meth and a firearm allegedly stolen from Washington State.
