Dispatch: DUI; Bedclothes Burglary; Drugs at National 9

Here is the arrest report from Monday. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sean Anders, 35, Zachary LA*, arrested for DUI, possession of marijuana, failure to maintain his lane of travel, and driving on a suspended license. *Brent Demale, 54, Boise ID*, arrested for possession of marijuana at the National 9 after police were performing a random K9 sniff of the property. He was seen attempting to leave the hotel and allegedly throwing something in the trash. Officers found a wet bag of marijuana in the garbage can, and after consenting to search Demale's room, found an unknown amount of marijuana still floating in the toilet. *Carl Higgins, 56, Gillette*, arrested for a DUI. Also cited with unlawful contact and interference with an emergency call after he allegedly shoved his girlfriend in to a wall and took her daughter's phone so that she couldn't call 911. *Jaimie High Horse, 25, Kyle SD*, arrested and being held for another agency. *Trey Sneathen, 28, Gillette*, arrested for a bench warrant. A burglary was reported Monday afternoon on East Laramie Street. A 31 year old man reported a forced entry in to his apartment.
