Dispatch: DUI at Wal-Mart; Drugs at detention; Assault on School Bus

Here is what happened with law enforcement around Campbell County on Monday. All calls took place between 6 a.m. March 19th and 6 a.m. March 20th. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Arrests* *Gregory Henry, 39, Gillette*, was reportedly waving a gun around in the Wal-Mart parking lot, acting strangely. When police contacted him he admitted to having a handgun and loading it, but denied waving it around. He appeared intoxicated and admitted to drinking in the truck on his way home. He was arrested for DUI. He was also cited with driving under a suspended license and having an open container. *Lashay Hoblit, 35, Gillette*, had a Campbell County arrest warrant for failing to appear on a meth charge. Once at the detention center, she was asked if she had controlled substances and stated she did not. During the initial jail intake search, a deputy found a small plastic bag in her front pocket containing a white crystal substance that tested positive for meth. She was charged with felony possession in addition to her bench warrant. *Joseph Lechliter, 33, Gillette*, probation violation. *Israel Ugalde, 21, Gillette*, bond revocation. *Calls* *Car Theft *11:19 a.m. an employee at Rent-A-Wreck reported a 45 year old man rented a 2013 black Chevy passenger car over a month ago and has failed to pay for the rental fees or return the car. Officers were unable to contact him. He owes $1819.37 and still needs to return the vehicle. *Money Laundering *1:13 p.m. a 17 year old gave his bank login to another person over Facebook. That person tried to mobile deposit checks and have the teenager return him the cash. The bank would not cash the checks because of the poor image quality. *Assault* 3:28 p.m. a 12 year old was issued a citation for battery after an investigation revealed he allegedly choked a 13 year old boy twice on the school bus. The 13 year old reportedly had red marks around his neck, and the 12 year old admitted to choking him in response to the 13 year old insulting his mother. Their parents were contacted. *Theft *4:05 p.m. a 31 year old woman reported that $400 was sent to her Western Union on the 15th. She knows the money was picked up, but allegedly not by her. Police are investigating. *Suspicious Check* 4:08 p.m. A 27 year old woman reported that she'd received a check for $2845 from an internet customer who was attempting to buy $304.50 worth of Scentsy products.
