Here's What's Happening the Weekend of Friday the 13th!

(Gillette, Wyo.) Shake off any jinxes today and tomorrow with some spring cleaning or maybe some strawberry jam. *Friday* Now that the City of Gillette's spring cleanup is over, the *Town of Wright's Community Cleanup & BBQ* begins! Garbage bags and gloves will be available at the Wright Community Center from *1 - 4 p.m*. Then a free community BBQ will be served from 4 - 6 p.m., sponsored by Devon Energy. Community Dumpsters are also available at the Community Center to get rid of those large items. They'll be available all day Saturday, as well. Shingles, batteries, appliances, car parts, paint cans, liquids, pesticides, chemicals and concrete are not allowed. *Dress For Success* is today and tomorrow at the Campbell County Public Library. Bring in gently-used professional clothing (men's and women's) to donate to Climb Wyoming, GARF, and the Council of Community Services. Or you can "swap" something that doesn't fit for something "new-to-you." You can also stop by and pick out anything you need for an upcoming interview. That takes places *Friday from 12 - 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m*. *American Legion Casino Night* is tonight! Dinner at the Senior Center hosted by Post 42 will *start at 7 p.m*. There were be door prizes, a silent auction, and thousands available to win. Tickets are $100. In Moorcroft the *Spring Clean Fling* starts Friday and goes through Saturday. A town cleanup at Moorcroft High School started at 8 a.m., and from noon until 1 p.m. there is a tailgate at Pinnacle Bank. Saturday the community yard sale starts at 8 a.m. and runs until 6. Flying Circle Dr**.* Lunch is provided and entertainment in the form of the Gillette Guitar Guild will be there! A silent auction to benefit Habitat for Humanity, the Suicide Prevention Coalition and more will be available, as well as fresh jams, pies, and crafts. *The Color Dash 5K* to benefit the John Paul II Catholic School starts *Saturday at 10 a.m.* at Cam-plex park. Registration is $40 and is available here . The Campbell County Master Gardener's *Garden and Landscape Educational Expo* is at the Cam-Plex Wyoming Center on Saturday. It includes a Farmer's Market that starts at 8 a.m. More info here . *The 39th Annual Rotary Ball* is Saturday night at the Cam-Plex Energy Hall. Tickets are $275 for dinner for two and a chance at the $25,000 prize drawing. There is also a silent auction that you can start bidding on NOW using the app "Handbill ." That starts at 5:30 p.m., and the theme is "Promenade on the Prairie."
