Suspect Arrested In Credit Card Fraud Case

(Gillette, Wyo.) At 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Gillette Police assisted Adult Probation in the search of a 33 year old Gillette resident's home. The man was suspected of possessing narcotics and committing credit card fraud, a violation of his probation. A search warrant was sought and officers found several items allegedly purchased with stolen credit cards in the man's home. They also discovered .6 grams of liquid meth, marijuana, meth pipes, paraphernalia, syringes, and prescription pills. He denied he owned any of those things. He was arrested for misdemeanor possession of meth in liquid form, felony possession of pills, defrauding a drug screen test, credit card fraud, and possession of marijuana. A 35 year old woman in the residence was also arrested for felony possession of liquid meth and possession of prescription pills without a prescription. Currently their names have not been released pending charges. #county17 #news
