(Gillette, Wyo.) The traffic light on the corner of Boxelder and Powder Basin Avenue is not the only new thing happening there. This past spring La Quinta Inn and Ruby Tuesday opened at that location. Ruby Tuesday General Manager Manny Molina moved to Gillette in April for the opening. The restaurant had their grand opening June 1st, but they've been so busy they had to put their ribbon cutting ceremony off until yesterday. "We've been looking in to getting in to the Wyoming area for quite some time," he told County 17. "About two years ago we decided to try and come out here and decided was just the right place." Admit other restaurants closing, it's exciting for some to see a new franchise opening up in town. Ruby Tuesdays already has plenty of specials going, like a Kids Eat Free day on Tuesdays, but they've also got a loyalty program called "So Connected

The ribbon cutting ceremony featured draft beer on tap from Gillette
Brewing Company. The restaurant has Locomotive Brown on tap, as well as
several Black Tooth brews.
The restaurant has already started helping local charities in Gillette.
They held a VIP party earlier in the month, and raised $1000 for the
Council of Community Services.
"We're enjoying everyone that's coming in," Molina added. "We're happy to
be here, that's for sure."
