All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Brandon Bergen, 23, Gillette*, public intoxication, destruction of property. Allegedly too intoxicated at detention to give a breath sample, spell his name or give his date of birth. *John Brauneis, 24, Gillette*, bond revocation, bench warrant. *Joshua Christensen, 29, Gillette*, public intoxication, destruction of property. His blood alcohol level was .20 at detention. Arrested with Brandon Bergen for allegedly trying to incite residents on Sierra Circle to come out in to the street and fight them. *Jesse Dennis, 27, Gillette*, bench warrant. *Brandon Fullenwider, 32, Gillette*, strangulation of a household member. *Jeffery Harden, 41, Casper*, public intoxication. *Brian Harris, 34, Gillette*, assault and battery, destruction of property, DUI, failure to report an accident. *Kathy McGee, 51, Gillette*, sentenced prisoner. *Byron Niemela, 33, Gillette*, sentenced prisoner. *Darrell Rivers, 45, Gillette*, bond revocation. *Tom T Thomas, 49, Gillette*, public intoxication. His blood alcohol level was .39 at detention. Two adult males were arrested for sexual abuse of a minor. A 16 year old was stopped in Lasting Legacy Park for running away from a YES House outing at Camel Lanes. She did not give officers her real name when they tried to talk to her at the park and so she was taken to the juvenile detention center, cited with interference with an officer.
