(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Mon., Oct. 26, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Sheridan Police Department Arrests Sarah Fisher, 36, Sheridan, was arrested on a warrant issued out of District Court at 9:28 a.m. on W. 11th Street. Antonio Allen, 23, Sheridan, was arrested for shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance at 2:47 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Eddie Morrison, 37, homeless, was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on N. Main Street for disorderly conduct public intoxication and shoplifting after being contacted by police for the complaint of a theft at a local convenience store. PBT rendered .20% AC. Sheridan residents Dustin Kennedy, 30, Crystal Brown, 33, and James Andrews, 30, were arrested for various drug charges after a traffic stop at 8:18 p.m. on Dow Street. Javier Bear Cloud, 23, Sheridan, was arrested on a Sheridan County Warrant at 11:47 p.m. on Long Drive. Calls One male was cited for exhibition of acceleration following a traffic stop at 4:10 a.m. on W. Dow Street. Officers responded to a theft reported at 10:18 a.m. on Yonkee. Officers took report of phone harassment at 10:53 a.m. on Frank Street when complaint was made of harassing phone calls from an ex. The ex was contacted and agreed to stop all contact. Officers responded to an accident at 2:22 p.m. on Fifth Street. A Buick attempted to make a right turn from the left turn lane and collided with a GMC. There was construction going on in the area of the accident. Driver of the Buick was cited for making an improper right turn. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 2:22 p.m. on Sherman Avenue during a neighbor dispute regarding the placement of surveillance cameras. Officers responded to a theft reported at 2:29 p.m. Avoca Place when medications were reported stolen from a residence. Officers responded to a filthy premises report at 4:09 p.m. on Broadway Street. Several bags of household trash left in the front, side and backyard of the address. Property owner was notified. Officers responded to a harassment report at 7:23 p.m. on Long Drive. Officers took report of a found license plate at 9:56 p.m. on Sherman Avenue. A stolen vehicle was recovered from the parking lot of County Club Apartments at 11:19 p.m. on Long Drive. Sheridan County Sheriff’s Department Officers conducted warrant service at 2:07 p.m. on W. 13th Street in Sheridan. Officers conducted warrant service at 4 p.m. on W. 13th Street in Sheridan. Officers responded to a report of child endangerment at 4:45 p.m. on Willow Street in Big Horn. Officers conducted warrant service at 5:38 p.m. on Willow Street in Big Horn.
