(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is Wednesday, Nov. 4 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Anthony Spragg, 47, Sheridan, was arrested on a Municipal Bench Warrant at 5:47 a.m. on W. Fifth Street. Charles Elliott, 45, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI at 4:59 p.m. on North Main Street. *Calls* Officers responded to a noise complaint at 2:54 a.m. on North Main. A male subject was cited for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, after a traffic stop at 7:53 a.m. on Fifth Street. Officers responded to an accident at 11:45 a.m. on E. Brundage Lane when a Honda and Toyota collided in private parking lot. Driver of the Toyota was cited for unsafe backing of motor vehicle. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 12:29 p.m. on Long Drive. Officers responded to a suspicious person report at 1:06 p.m. on North Main Street when a male was seen walking through parking lot of restaurant, looking into cars and pulling door handles. Officers contacted individual and manager of restaurant wanted him removed from the property. Male individual was removed from the property. Officers responded to a hit and run at 1:19 p.m. on South Sheridan Avenue when it was reported that a vehicle crashed into a pole fence sometime over the weekend. Officers conducted a bar check at 2:28 p.m. on North Main Street. Officers responded to reports of malicious destruction at 2:32 p.m. on North Main Street when two females reportedly entered an apartment without authorization and causing damage to multiple personal items. A 13-year-old male was issued a citation for possession of tobacco at 2:39 p.m. on Lewis Street. Officers took report of a lost red check book wallet in the Sheridan area at 2:51 p.m. Officers responded to an accident at 4 p.m. on Coffeen when the driver of a Ford attempted a right turn at a high rate of speed. Driver lost control of the Ford, causing it to collide with a Subaru stopped at traffic light. Driver of Ford was cited for careless driving. Officers responded to a noise complaint at 4:36 p.m. on North Heights Lane. Officers responded to an accident reported at 5:36 p.m. on Sugar Lane when a Ford collided with a Chrysler stopped for a traffic light. Driver of the Ford was cited for following too close. Officers responded to reports of fraud at 8:06 p.m. on Lewis Street. Complaint was made of a credit card number being used at local fast food restaurant fraudulently. Officers responded to a hit and run reported at 8:25 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue when a Toyota received damage while parked at local retail store. Investigation determined the driver of the Toyota had backed into a pillar at local bank before going to the retail store. Driver was cited for failure to report an accident. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 8:31 p.m. on North Main Street. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to a domestic dispute at 12:55 a.m. on Bareback Drive in Parkman. Officers assisted the Wyoming Highway Patrol at 7:07 a.m. in I-90 E mile post 26 in Sheridan. Officers responded to an accident at 3:44 p.m. on Big Goose Road in Sheridan.
