All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* *Friday* Javier Torres, 30, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI at 2:16 a.m. on Main Street. *Saturday* Jade Schmidt, 20, Boxelder, S.D., was arrested for interference with a peace officer and was cited for MIP-alcohol at 12:28 a.m. on Broadway Street. Martin McManus, 44, Sheridan, was arrested for disorderly conduct-public intoxication at 12:36 a.m. on North Main Street. Did not submit breath sample. Kyle Townsend, 35, Billings, was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 1:09 a.m., no street given. Don Lambert, 69, was arrested for DWUI, hit & run and warrant service at 9:23 on Big Horn Avenue. Dana Green, 33, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 10:02 p.m. on E. Mandel Street. *Sunday* Jesus Gomez-Valle, 30, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI at 12:20 a.m. on Main Street. Nicholas Raulerson, 33, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 1:35 a.m. on Val Vista Street. Hannah RidesHorse, 18, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI after a hit and run report at 4:10 a.m. on Mydland Road. Dean Albers, 58, Sheridan was arrested on a Municipal Bench Warrant at 2:57 p.m. on S. Water Street. Guillermo Mendoza-Corral, 30, of Mexico, was arrested for intoxicated pedestrian on a highway after providing a PBT of .25% BAC and not knowing where he was or how to get home at 11:48 p.m. on N. Main Street. *CallsFriday* Officers responded to a curfew violation at 12:45 a.m. on North Jefferson Street, when one male juvenile was cited for the violation. Officers responded to a curfew violation at 1:48 a.m. on West Eighth Street, when four juveniles were cited for the violation and turned over to their parents. Officers responded to a burglar alarm at 4:49 a.m. on North Main Street. Officers conducted a civil standby on request at 8:52 a.m. on West Sixth Street when a subject requested a civil standby after his ex-wife refused to allow him to get his property. Officer arrived but ex-wife still refused to let the RP collect property. Officers responded to a hit and run at 9:06 a.m. on E. Burrows Street. Under investigation. Officers responded to a report of fraud at 12:32 p.m. in the Sheridan area when report was made of debit card fraud at several local ATM's. Case under investigation. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 12:42 p.m. on Avon Street. Officers conducted a scheduled drug incineration at 12:58 p.m. on W. 12th Street of surrendered medications from the drug take back box. Officers responded to a suspicious person report at 2:59 p.m. on N. Main Street when a subject who was upset was causing noise in his apartment. Subject was upset that he had lost his wallet. Officers conducted a death investigation at 3:53 p.m. on Edwards Drive when a 62-year-old man was found deceased of natural causes. Officers responded to reports of drug activity at 5:40 p.m. on South Sheridan Avenue. Officers responded to a report of fraud at 6:06 p.m. on Townhouse Place when report of debit card fraud at a local business was made. Case is under investigation. Officers responded to a hit and run reported at 8:15 p.m. on Illinois Street when a vehicle parked on the street was hit sometime during the day. White paint transfer was observed. Investigation pending contact with a possible witness. Officers removed a subject at 9:08 p.m. on North Main Street when report was made of a customer causing problems and refusing to leave. One female cited for criminal trespassing. Officers responded to a careless driver report at 9:55 p.m. on North Main Street. A male subject was contacted on a traffic stop in the 1500 block of N Main and cited for careless driving. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:45 p.m. on North Main Street. *Saturday* Officers responded to a littering incident at 12:02 a.m. when one individual was cited for littering and open container after leaving his beer bottle on a police car. Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at 12:10 a.m. on Yonkee Avenue when an active domestic incident was reported in the 1700 block of Yonkee Ave. A male, 51, of Sheridan, arrested on Municipal Warrant. Officers responded to an assault incident when two male subjects got into a fight outside of Rails Bar at 2:03 a.m. on Broadway Street. One left the area prior to officers arrival. The other subject was transported to the ER by RMA with minor injuries. Both subjects were cited fighting. Officers responded to a burglar alarm at 8:16 a.m. on Long Drive. Officers responded to a theft reported at 8:31 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue when report was made of a vaporizer taken from residence. Case is suspended pending further information. Officers responded to a theft reported at 12:08 p.m. on Val Vista Street when report was made of computer being stolen from a business. Case is under investigation. Officers cited a female driver for driving under suspension at 1:31 p.m. on North Main Street. Officers responded to a theft in progress at 2:10 p.m. on Park Street. Officers responded to a damaged property report at 3:09 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue when property was reported as damaged by a vehicle. Case is under investigation.
