Chamber Monthly Luncheon today, topic is Sheridan's new air service

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce will host its monthly luncheon today at 11:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn. The November program will cover Sheridan's new air service, presented by the Sheridan-Johnson Counties Critical Air Service Group, with a panel presentation and time for questions and answers. The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce and Forward Sheridan has been working for years with CAST, a community-wide stakeholder group, to keep commercial air service accessible in Sheridan. CAST engaged in discussions with several carriers, would provide service in Sheridan. In mid-August, the Wyoming Aeronautics Commission approved Sheridan’s application to help fund a revenue guarantee with an Air Service Enhancement Grant to keep air service in Sheridan. Passenger air service will return to Sheridan on Nov. 19, with Key Lime Air, dba Denver Air Connection. Tickets for are on sale now.
