Broncs will face Camels Friday at State for the first time since the early 1990s

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — The Sheridan High School Broncs have one game to go before being named the 2015 4A State Champions. On Saturday, the Broncs will take on the Gillette Camels at 4 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie. According to the SHS Booster Club , the Broncs have met the Camels twice in team history for the championship. [image: Inline image 1] In 1991 and in 1992, the Broncs beat the Camels to take home championships. The first game against Gillette was in 1922, but the Camels did not beat Sheridan for the first time until 1970. In all, the Broncs have a 41-29 record against the Camels, and a points lead of 1708 to 1265, according to the Boosters. "This will no doubt be a great match-up against a very tough rival but we believe in our Broncs and will be cheering them all the way!
