All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Ivan Prentup, 37, Sheridan, was arrested for Unlawful Use of Toxic Substance at 11:56 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. *Calls* A male subject was cited for driving under suspension after a traffic stop at 12:27 a.m. on E. Fifth Street. Officers responded to an accident at 3:45 a.m. when a single vehicle slid on ice and collided with a utility pole. No injuries resulted from the crash and no citations were issued. Officers responded to a three-vehicle crash at 7:45 a.m. on Third Street due to black ice. No injuries, no citations. Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at 7:51 a.m. on Main Street. No injuries, no citations. Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a truck being rear-ended at 8:56 a.m. on Sheridan Avenue. One driver was cited for speed greater than reasonable. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident reported at 9:03 a.m. on Scott Street. No injuries. Officers responded to reports of phone harassment at 11:32 a.m. on W. Fifth Street. A female reported receiving anonymous threatening phone calls at her place of employment. Case is under investigation. One female was cited for driving under suspension after a traffic stop at 12:26 p.m. on Ponds Drive. Officers responded to suspicious circumstances at 2:56 p.m. on S. Scott Street. Officers responded to the report of a suspicious package in front of the fire department, and found the package was a plastic tote that was empty. A driver was cited for passing a school bus with the stop arm down after a complaint from the bus driver at 3:50 p.m. on Works Street. Officers responded to suspicious circumstances at 4:25 p.m. on Wesco Court, when report was taken on a fence that had been tampered with at a local business. Case is under investigation. A removal of a subject was requested at 9:49 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue from a local business. The subject was contacted and had already left the business. Officers took report of threats over the internet at 10:08 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Case is under investigation. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to a DWUI at 10:40 a.m. on Dayton Street in Ranchester.
