Vehicle is broken down. Officers responded to a report of filthy premises at 1:45 p.m. on Avoca Avenue. Officers responded to damaged property when a damaged mailbox was reported at 3:32 p.m. on Gillette Street. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 3:34 p.m. on North Custer Street.
