Custer Street. Ryan B. Beckwith, 26, Sheridan, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license at 10:40 p.m. on N. Brooks Street. *Calls* Officer initiated a suspicious persons call upon observing a male subject going through a vehicle at 12:29 a.m. on Avoca Avenue. Subject had permission to be in the vehicle. Officers assisted the Sheriff's Office at 12:31 a.m., no location given. Officers responded to a report of a vehicle passing a school bus at 6:42 a.m. on Frank Street. Under investigation. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident no injuries, at 7:53 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. One driver was cited for following too close. Officers received a 911 hangup call at 8:46 a.m. on North Dome Drive. Officers responded to a report of a billboard that was blown down in a recent wind storm obstructing a city sidewalk at 9:16 a.m. on E. Fifth Street. Property owner and billboard owner contacted. Officers responded to a report of a gas theft at 10:19 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Upon investigation, officers determined the taking of the gas was not a theft. Driver of vehicle has a gas account and just forgot to sign for it that day. Driver contacted business and notified them to add the charge to his account. Officers assisted an agency at 11:12 a.m. on Marion Street when a request from the Department of Protective Services in Texas requested confirmation that a child was in a residence. Officers responded to a report of pornography at 1:48 p.m. on S. Sheridan Avenue. Case is under investigation. Officers cited a driver for passing a school bus with the stop arm down at 3:53 p.m. on S. Sheridan Avenue. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 3:55 p.m., no location given. Officers conducted a welfare check and transported a highly intoxicated male to the VA Hospital at 4:17 p.m. on E. Fifth Street. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident and cited one driver for following too closely and driver's license required at 4:23 p.m. on Sheridan Avenue. Officers conducted a civil standby at 4:44 p.m. on Crook Street. Officers conducted a death investigation at 5:26 p.m. on E. Works Street. No indication of foul play. Officers assisted the Department of Family Services in checking on the welfare of children at 5:45 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers performed a court-ordered civil standby at 5:45 p.m. on Crook Street. Officers responded to a report of phone harassment at 6:10 p.m. on W. Loucks Street. An intoxicated male subject was cited for breach of peace after two separate callers reported a male subject disturbing them at 10:41 p.m. on Big Horn Avenue.
