(Sheridan, Wyo.) — The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce
has released the latest
information about The Christmas Stroll Friday — and here it is!
The Christmas Stroll is Friday evening, 4-8 p.m. in Historic Downtown. The
Stroll is a a Christmas festival for the whole community, with great
shopping specials, musicians, lots of food and drink giveaways, Santa and
Mrs. Claus waiting to talk with your children and give you a complimentary
photo, autographs from the Sheridan High School Broncs championship
football team, free rides on the wagon or miniature train and more.
Stroll Night is also Sheridan shoppers' first chance to start looking for
matches for Christmas Stroll button numbers. Event programs are available
in advance at one of the participating businesses, or pick up a copy on
Sen. Bruce Burns will put on a fireworks display as the finishing touch at
the end of the Stroll.

Grinnell Plaza will close at 12 p.m.
Main Street from Loucks to Alger will close at 3 p.m.
The Chamber has 108 businesses participating in the Stroll button campaign
— more than ever before.
Buttons are available for purchase for $5 from any one of these businesses
Beginning on Stroll Night and until Christmas Eve, shoppers will try to
visit every one of these businesses to see if the business's winning number
matches the number on the Stroll buttons.
Shoppers who find a match will immediately receive a $50 prize from that
The Chamber office will be open all day today, closed for Thanksgiving but
open again Friday for more information and to prepare for the stroll.
