All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* *Wednesday * Jacob Wilcox-Haskett, 24, was arrested for a municipal warrant following an investigation into a vehicle alarm going off at at 8:29 p.m. on N. Gould Street. *Thursday * Earl Butts, 71, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI following a traffic contact at 2:16 a.m. on N. Main Street. Kenneth Hulford, 19, Sheridan, was arrested on a municipal court warrant at 4:55 p.m. on N. Main Street. One additional subject cited for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop. Warren Kilby, 36, Sheridan, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and no insurance at 9:36 p.m. on Avoca Lane. *Friday* Joshua Wilharm, 31 Sheridan, was arrested for breach of the peace and intoxicated pedestrian at 12:09 a.m. on N. Main Street. BrAC was .207%. *Saturday* Jeremy Armour, 37, Story, was arrested for driving under suspension at 11:23 p.m. on S. Main Street. Armour also received citations for open container and failure to maintain liability insurance following a traffic stop. *Sunday* Patrick Doyle, 26, Sheridan, was arrested on a warrant at 1:57 a.m. on E. Brundage Street. Joshua Clearwater, 34, Robert Peltier, 28, and Edmon Dixon, 33, were all arrested for breach of peace at 4:57 a.m. on W. Burkitt Street when the Police Department received multiple complaints of a loud commotion and responded to a verbal dispute. Julie Pyle, 19, Mills, Wyo., was cited for driving under suspension following a traffic stop at 1:40 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. *Calls * *Wednesday* A traffic stop resulted in a driver being cited for driving with a suspended license at 12:42 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. A male subject cited for registration that expired in August at 8:38 a.m. on W. Fifth Street. Officers responded to a parking complaint at 9:09 a.m. on W. Fifth Street. The vehicle owner was contacted and agreed to not park in that area. Officers responded to found property at 9:44 a.m. on Broadway Street. Officers responded to an accident at 11:56 a.m. on Sheridan Avenue. No injuries, one female cited for failure to yield at a stop sign. Officers responded to an accident at 6:56 p.m. involving parked vehicle. Driver of vehicle at fault cited for failure to maintain lane. Officers responded to an accident with injury at 7:28 p.m. on I90 westbound. Officers responded to an accident at 9:59 p.m. on Mydland Road. *Thursday* Officers conducted a bar check at 12:24 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 12:37 a.m. on Broadway Street. Officers assisted the Sheriff's Office at 3:28 a.m. on W. Fifth Street at a domestic incident in the county. Officers were present until deputies were able to arrive. Officers responded to a traffic accident, no injuries, at 12:11 p.m. on E. Brundage Lane. One driver was cited for improper backing and operating without vehicle insurance. Officers responded to a single-vehicle crash at 12:39 p.m. on E. Woodland Park. A truck struck light post after loosing control on snow slicked street. Driver cited for driving too fast for conditions. Officers responded to suspicious circumstances at 1:16 p.m. on Martin Avenue when footprints were found in the snow near a house. Under investigation. Officers responded to a careless driver report at 11:20 p.m., no location given. *Friday* Officers responded to an accident at 12:55 p.m. on Olympus Drive when the driver of a passenger car lost control of his vehicle and slid into a parked trailer. Witness described the passenger car as traveling at a slow rate of speed. Officers responded to an accident at 1:05 p.m. on N. Thurmond Street. A Volkswagon stopped in traffic so passenger could get out. A Malibu, following the Volkswagon, slid on the icy roadway and collided with the rear of the Volkswagon. Driver of the Volkswagon was issued a citation for parking in a roadway. Driver of the Malibu received a citation for speed greater than reasonable. Officers responded to an accident at 1:16 p.m. on S. Main Street when a Honda collided into the back of a GMC. Driver of Honda was cited for following too close. Officers responded to a theft report at 2:47 p.m. when complaint was made of a volunteer employee stealing from a company on East Ridge Road. Officers conducted a bar check at 3:24 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a gas theft at 4:48 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a dispute at 8:17 p.m. on Lewis Street. The complaint was of a fight between two male siblings. Officers responded to a custody dispute at 9:42 p.m. on Val Vista Street. Couple was separated for the night. Officers responded to an accident at 11:31 p.m. on Harrison Street. Complaint was that of a Jeep having left the road and ended up in a yard. Driver was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Officers responded to a report of found property at 11:53 p.m. on Sugarland Drive when a wallet was found and turned over to PD. *Saturday* Officers conducted a bar check at 12:19 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 12:29 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a report of curfew violation at 12:34 a.m. on Thorne Rider Park Road. Officers contacted six juveniles in a vehicle parked in a suspicious location. All six juveniles were cited for curfew violation. Officers responded to report of vandalism to a vehicle parked in a private lot at 11:06 a.m. on Broadway Street. Officers responded to a report of a juvenile out of control at 1 p.m. on N. Main Street. Juvenile was cited for possession of tobacco. Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at 1:55 p.m. on Bellevue Avenue. Complaint was that of a Honda having been stolen from driveway. Honda had been unlocked with keys left in vehicle. Suspected the vehicle was stolen by a juvenile male who ran away from NSI. Vehicle and runaway were located in Billings, Mont. Officers responded to a damaged property report at 1:59 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. Complaint was that of property being damaged during a domestic dispute. Determined the property was damaged in a non-threatening manner. There had been no physical contact between the two individuals involved. Case was determined to be civil in nature. Officers responded to an accident at 2:09 p.m. on Liberty Court when a vehicle hit a fence. Driver and fence owner were contacted. Officers responded to an accident at 3:13 p.m. on Edwards Drive when a Subaru maneuvering a curve slid into a parked Chevrolet. Driver of the Subaru was cited for speed greater than reasonable. Officers responded to a phone harassment report at 4:13 p.m. on N. Main Street when a business complained of receiving harassing phone calls related to an employee. Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 6:52 p.m. in Illinois Street. Officers responded to a report of drug activity at 7:10 p.m. on Long Drive. A male subject was cited for possession of a controlled substance in plant form. Officers responded to a domestic incident at 8:36 p.m. in Fourth Avenue E. and arrested a male subject for domestic violence. Officers responded to a report of a possible court violation at 8:40 p.m. on N. Main Street. Male subject was found to be in violation of his bond by being in a business established for alcohol distribution. Case sent to County Attorney. Officers responded to a domestic dispute at 8:57 p.m. on N. Main Street. The incident was a physical domestic between a male and female. The female was arrested for domestic violence and interference with police officers. Officers responded to a report of harassment at 10:25 p.m. on Illinois Street and determined the incident to be a civil dispute between two females. *Sunday* Officers conducted a bar check at 1:24 a.m. on Broadway Street. Officers responded to a report of damaged property at 10:27 a.m. on Harrison Street. Investigation determined a mailbox had been struck by a vehicle that slid off the roadway. Officers responded to a theft reported at 10:33 a.m. on Mydland Road. Complaint was of medication and change allegedly having been stolen from residence. There was no forced entry into the residence. Officers responded to an accident reported at 11:44 a.m. on N. Main Street. A Buick backing out of parking spot of private lot collided with a Toyota pulling into the lot. A driver was cited for driving under suspension and speeding following a traffic stop at 2:50 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. Officers responded to a verbal domestic incident at 4:39 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers responded to a hit and run reported at 6:12 p.m. on N. Main Street when a parked Chevrolet was reportedly struck by another vehicle. Officers conducted a bar check at 9:38 p.m. on N.
