Dispatch: Subject reportedly makes 46 harassing calls to local bar; Florida resident reportedly sends death threat to Washington District Attorney from Sheridan business

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Wednesday, Dec. 8, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department * *Arrests* Garrett Lindemann, 54, Sheridan, was arrested on municipal warrant at 7:52 a.m. on N. Main Street. Richard Petsoff, 34, Sheridan, was arrested on municipal warrant at 9:38 a.m. on Mydland Road. Jeremiah Carmona, 29, Gillette, was arrested on a Campbell County warrant at 3:06 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. *Calls* A traffic stop at 12:35 a.m. resulted in a juvenile being cited for curfew violation. Officers responded to a runaway report at 7:15 a.m. on Laclede Street. Male was located on interstate by Wyoming Highway Patrol. Juvenile male was returned his parents. Officers took report of harassing text messages at 11:31 a.m. on Yonkee Avenue. One party was warned. Officers responded to a suspicious person reported at 12:13 p.m. on Fairway Lane. The individual was trying to feed the homeowners dogs and was not allowed on the property. The individual was given a trespass warning. Officers responded to a report of tobacco being sold to a minor; citation issued at 1:43 p.m. on Bellevue Avenue. Officers responded to a dog bite reported at 2:03 p.m. on E. First Street. Further investigation revealed person reached through the fence to pet this dog. Dog quarantined for 10 days. Officers assisted an agency at 2:13 p.m. in the Sheridan area when request for assistance was made in identifying male who had sent a death threat fax from a Sheridan business to an Adams County, Washington District Attorney. Individual reported to be a Florida resident on his way to Washington. Officers responded to a reckless driver at 4:55 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers conducted a bar check at 7:33 p.m. on Sugarland Drive. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at 8:20 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Male occupant was contacted and is homeless. Officers conducted a bar check at 10:20 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 10:26 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 10:29 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at 10:30 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Subject falsely reported criminal activity at a bar. Officer learned the reporting party had called the bar 46 times that day and is also involved in other harassing and threatening call reports. Officer informed bar owners and staff how to activate a call trace to identify the caller. Officers removed a subject at 10:57 p.m. on Mydland Road. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:43 p.m. on Broadway Street. Officers also responded to three parking/traffic complaints, one suspicious circumstances report, three animal incidents and two medical calls Tuesday. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at 1:59 a.m. on W. Halbert in Ranchester. Officers assisted an agency at 7:07 a.m. on Dana Avenue in Sheridan. Officers responded to a theft call at 7:13 a.m. on Maverick Lane in Sheridan. Officers performed a civil standby at 9 a.m. on Ponderosa Drive in Banner. Officers responded to reports of fraud at 9:20 a.m. on Hwy 335 in Sheridan.
