Dispatch: Multiple arrests; Accident at 11:41 p.m. on W. Fifth Street disables both vehicles but no one is injured

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Thursday, Dec. 9, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Chelsea Yellowtail, 22, Sheridan, was arrested for shoplifting, interference with a Peace Officer, and breach of peace at 11:31 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Tiffany O'Conner, 30, Sheridan, was arrested on a probation violation at 2:13 p.m. on W. Whitney Street. Shane Buettner, 41, Sheridan, was arrested on a warrant for child support at 2:47 p.m. on N. Sheridan Avenue. Ojaylan Jackson, 41, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI-Alcohol at 3:50 p.m. on E. Brundage Lane. *Calls* Officers responded to an alarm at a bank at 5:40 a.m. on Sugarland Drive. Bank was found to be secure. Officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances at 7:52 a.m. on Lewis Street. Male was transported to Sheridan Memorial Hospital for Title 25 mental health hold. A juvenile was issued a citation for Possession of Controlled Substance at 11:28 a.m. on Lewis Street. Investigation is ongoing. Officers responded to a report of filthy premises at 4:02 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Community Service Officer investigated this report and saw no evidence of a filthy premise. Report unfounded. Officers responded to a report of a runaway juvenile at 7:40 p.m. on W. Colorado Street. Juvenile was later located with a family member. Officers responded to a report of a reckless driving at 7:41 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Two drivers were contacted in a parking lot and warned. Officers assisted the Sheriff's Office at 8:41 p.m. on W. 17th Street. Officers conducted a bar check ay 9:17 p.m. on North Main Street. Officers responded to an accident at 11:41 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. Driver was cited for failing to yield to other vehicles at a stop sign. The driver drove into another vehicle after leaving the stop sign. Both vehicles involved were disabled, but no one was injured. Officers responded to eight abandoned vehicle reports, four animal reports and two VIN inspections Wednesday. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to an injured animal report at 1:14 a.m. on East Ridge Road, mile marker 1.5, in Sheridan. Officers responded to a suspicious person report at 2:53 p.m. on Tongue Canyon Road in Dayton. Officers conducted warrant service at 4:46 p.m. on W. 13th Street in Dayton.
