Dispatch: Approximately 20 minor in possession of alcohol citations issued at house party on Leopard Street; accidents; man cited for shoplifting

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Thursday, Dec. 10, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Zachariah Nelson, 30, Sheridan, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop at 2:23 p.m. on S. Brooks Street. One male was arrested for domestic battery and interference with emergency calls at 3:50 p.m. on Avoca Street. *Calls* Officers responded to a theft call at 8:06 a.m. on Pioneer Road. Officers took possession of a found bicycle at 8:09 a.m. on N. Scott Street. Bicycle was taken to the PD. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at 11:46 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue in the parking lot of a retail store. One driver was cited for unsafe backing and failure to carry liability insurance. Officers responded to an accident reported at 12:53 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Owner of a Ford truck filed a delayed accident report. Specific time and location unknown. An 18-year-old male from Sheridan was cited for shoplifting at 1:40 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 3:50 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officer conducted alcohol compliance checks at 5:23 p.m. on Commercial Avenue. Female bartender was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Officers responded to a reckless driver report at 5:26 p.m. on Fifth Street. Complaint was of an aggressive driver. Vehicle description was provided to Police. Driver was later located at his residence and advised of the complaint. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 5:27 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers responded to a request for a welfare check on a female wandering outside a business at 8:17 p.m. on Mydland Road. An intoxicated male called Police Department claiming he needed to go to the hospital at 9:20 p.m. from Mydland Road. Male individual declined any need for an ambulance. Subject was given a ride to the hospital. Officers conducted a bar check at 10:33 p.m. on North Main Street. Officers assisted the Sheriff's Office with a noise complaint at 11:04 p.m. on Leopard Street. Officers responded and found a house party of underage adults. Officers assisted until Deputies could arrive. Approximately 20 minor in possession citations were issued. Officers also responded to two welfare checks, two assistance calls, one medical call, one animal report, one alarm and one parking complaint Thursday in the Sheridan area. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to a burglar alarm at 4:05 p.m. on Big Red Lane in Clearmont.
