No fatalities in I-90 NSI vehicle crash Friday night

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — No fatalities occurred in a crash on I-90 Friday night, involving a vehicle owned by Normative Services (NSI) of Sheridan. The crash between Sheridan and Buffalo caused delays and traffic was blocked from the eastbound land on I-90 at milepost 34.5 between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. last night, according to WYDOT. The bus was a 15-passenger style a 1999 Chevy Express Van with 11 people on board, including two staff and nine students from Normative Services of Sheridan, according to the Wyoming Highway Patrol. The driver of the van fell asleep and drifted off the left shoulder while traveling west on I-90. The vehicle entered the median and as it approached the east bound lanes, the driver over-corrected his steering to the right, causing the bus to overturn one and one quarter times, coming to rest on its left side facing east in the passing lane of the east-bound side of the highway. All occupants sustained some degree of injury, but none were life threatening. dally #news
