Joel Lewis, 45, Riverton, was arrested for trespassing at 8:54 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Jesus Acosta-Monreal, 44, Sheridan, was arrested for a warrant and driving under suspension at 9:29 a.m. on Fifth Street, after a two-vehicle accident. *Calls* Officers responded to a 911 hang-up at 12:01 a.m. on E. Burrows Street. Officers responded to a domestic dispute at 2:39 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers responded to a noise complaint at 4 a.m. on W. Fifth Street. Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle at 4:35 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers conducted a welfare check at 5:50 a.m. on Avoca Court. Officers responded to a report of a vicious dog at 7:10 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a report of a damaged fence at Madia Field at 9:36 a.m. on W. 11th Street. Officers responded to a report of theft at 9:36 a.m. on S. Sheridan Avenue when complaint was made of a medication theft from a home. Officers responded to a report of fraud at 10:44 a.m. on N. Main Street when a female complained that her sister was using her identity in an alternate jurisdiction. Officers conducted a VIN inspection at 12:11 p.m. on W. 12th Street. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at 12:36 a.m. on Whitney Lane. No injuries. One driver cited for failure to maintain single lane. Officers responded to a hit and run reported at 12:44 p.m. on N. Main Street when complaint of a parked unattended vehicle sustaining front-end damage. Investigation determined the vehicle had been backed into. Officers responded to a parking complaint at 1:10 p.m. on N. Brooks Street. Officers responded to a traffic complaint at 1:14 p.m. on Schiller Street when officers were given a report of a vehicle passing a school bus while it was off-loading. The offender was identified and will be issued a citation. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at 1:28 p.m. on E. First Street when complaint of a motorcycle parked in front of someone's house for a week. Owner contacted and told to move motorcycle. Officers responded to a hit and run at 1:29 p.m. on S. Sheridan Avenue when complaint was made of a parked vehicle having been struck by a passing GMC. Description of the driver and vehicle license plate number was provided by a witness. Driver will be cited for hit and run. Officers responded to a report of found property at 1:44 p.m. on N. Main Street when a phone was found at 250 N. Main St. and was turned over to Law Enforcement. Family member of the phone's owner was contacted. A female turned in a delayed accident report at 1:45 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers responded to a hit and run reported at 2:04 p.m. in the 500 block of Val Vista Street. Driver returned to he area and was contacted by police. Driver was subsequently issued a citation for failure to maintain lane of travel. Officers responded to a report of a dog at large at 2:35 p.m. on Broadway Street. Officers conducted a welfare check when requested at 2:58 p.m. on S. Main Street. Officers responded to a report of a dog at large at 3:28 p.m. on Cattail Court.
