(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Thursday, Dec. 24-Sunday, Dec. 27, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* *Thursday* Robert Hathaway, 22, Sheridan, was arrested for burglary at 6:39 a.m. on Broadway Street. An unidentified male, 30, Sheridan, was arrested for interference with a police officer following domestic disturbance call at 10:49 p.m. on Fourth Avenue. A 38-year-old Sheridan male was arrested for domestic battery at 11:39 p.m. on King Street. *Friday * Zane Small, 49, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 3:15 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. Casey Olson, 18, Sheridan, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-plant form and furnishing tobacco to a minor at 3:28 p.m. on Champion Drive. Brian Sisneros, 29, and Fletcher Jackson, 26, both from Sheridan, were arrested on warrants after they were contacted during an investigation of a domestic incident at 8:43 p.m. on N. Elk Street. *Saturday* Amanda Craig, 31, Sheridan, was arrested for theft and felon in possession of a firearm and Amanda DeRosa, 36, Sheridan, was arrested for a warrant and possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription when police responded to a report of theft at 10:59 a.m. on Bighorn Avenue. One unidentified female was arrested for domestic violence and two counts of interference with a peace officer at 6:39 p.m. on E. Seventh Street. Shannon Decastro, 36, Buffalo, was arrested for driving under suspension and Cody Murdock, 44, Buffalo, WY was arrested for use of a controlled substance when officers responded to a complaint of an individual that appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance at 9:47 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers contacted all parties involved. *Sunday* Ryan Carter, 22, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI at 2:08 a.m. on W. Fifth Street when officers were notified of a driver observed striking a stop sign. Kane Purcella, 21, Sheridan, was arrested for driving under suspension and for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:26 a.m. on W. Loucks Street. *Calls * *Thursday * Officer made contact with occupant of a suspicious car and person acting suspiciously on a non-lighted porch at 12:39 a.m. on Main Street. It was determined the individuals were borrowing and extension cord from a friend. Complaint of a subject eating a meal and not paying at 7:48 a.m. on N. Main Street. Subject located and cited for defrauding an inn keeper. Male individual from out of state called with questions regarding custody issues at 11:30 a.m. on Marion Street. Complaint was made of a purse being stolen while the owner was at a party at 12:23 a.m. on N. Custer. A female complained of receiving harassing Facebook messages at 2:26 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 8:11 p.m. on W. College Avenue. Officers responded to the complaint of a female screaming at 10:42 p.m. on Brundage Lane. Case was handled by the Sheriff's Office. *Friday* One vehicle slid off into a fence caused minor damage at 11:39 a.m. on Holloway Avenue. Driver was cited for speed greater than reasonable and insurance required. One vehicle slid on an ice-covered roadway and collided with a parked vehicle at 1:24 p.m. on Illinois Street. Driver was issued a warning for speed greater than reasonable. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Dec. 16 at 2:10 p.m. on Avoca Avenue. Driver was cited for failure to notify police of an accident and no insurance. Officers responded to a drug activity report at 8:39 p.m. on E. Alger Avenue. Officers responded to a report of a male consuming alcohol in violation of bond conditions at 11:04 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a complaint of a verbal domestic dispute at 11:28 p.m. on E. Burkitt Street. The incident had de-escalated when the officers arrived. All persons involved were contacted and released without citation or arrest. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:48 p.m. on N. Main Street. *Saturday* Officers assisted the Sheriff's Office at 2:45 a.m. on N. Gould Street. One male was cited for driver license required, liability insurance required, vehicle registration required, and possession of altered license plate at 10:10 a.m. on Avoca Avenue. A Chevrolet slid through stop sign and collided with a utility trailer being pulled by a Dodge at 10:36 a.m. on Brundage Street. Driver of the Chevrolet was cited for speeds greater than reasonable and liability insurance required. A Ford traveling through parking lot collided with a sign pillar at 12:08 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. One male was cited for driving under suspension as the result of a traffic stop at 1:34 p.m. A traffic stop resulted in the driver being cited for driving with a suspended license at 2:19 p.m. on Grinnell Plaza. A diamond ring was found in a parking lot and placed into evidence for safekeeping at 3:30 p.m. on W. 12th Street. Officers responded to a report of phone harassment at 4:49 p.m. on Gladstone Street. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 8:02 p.m. on E. Brundage Lane. *Sunday* Officers conducted a bar check at 1:28 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 1:34 a.m. on Broadway Street. Officers conducted a bar check at at 1:45 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 1:47 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded when a Chevrolet, traveling through parking lot at high rate of speed, collided with a parked GMC at 3:14 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Driver was cited for careless driving and driver license required. Officers responded to a hit and run reported at 3:44 p.m. on Fifth Avenue when a US Postal Service Mailbox was hit by a truck turning around on 5th Ave East. The vehicle left the area without reporting the collision. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department reported having recovered a vehicle that had not yet been reported by registered owner as stolen at 7:29 p.m. on KROE Lane. Police cited one male for driver's license required and expired registration at 8:06 p.m. on E. Brundage Lane. Officers also responded to four reports of a suspicious vehicle or person; eight requests or complaints about animal welfare/barking dogs; five welfare checks; seven alarms; four traffic/motorist assist calls; three medical calls and two parking complaints. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* *Thursday* Officers assisted an agency at 10:21 a.m. on Bell Drive in Sheridan. Officers responded to an animal welfare call at 11:32 a.m. on Second Avenue in Ranchester. Officers responded to a report of lost property at 12:06 p.m. on Lane Lane in Sheridan.
