All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* *Thursday* Steve Reinholt, 59, Sheridan was arrested for violating conditions of his probation at 1:19 a.m. on N. Main Street. Laura Wagner, 35, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI following a traffic stop at 4:24 a.m. on E. First Street. Michael Trevino, 22, Sheridan, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at 3:08 p.m. on North Sheridan Avenue. *Friday * Jessica Luke, 20, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI at 2:12 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Justin Amman, 22, Sheridan, was arrested for probation violation following the report of a suspicious person yelling in front of a residence at 3:32 a.m. on Mydland Road. Shannon Ross, 51 years of age from Sheridan, was arrested for DUI at 5:16 a.m. on Long Drive following a suspicious person report. Joshua Campbell, 26, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI, Careless Driving and Open Container after being contacted on a traffic stop at 4:03 p.m. on Val Vista Street. *Saturday* Shane Hopkins, 24, Powell, was arrested for driving with a revoked Minnesota driver's license after being stopped for speeding at 4:52 a.m. on N. Main Street. Hopkins was also cited for failure to maintain insurance and expired registration. *Sunday* Shanna Caldwell, 44, Sheridan, was arrested for shoplifting at 1:11 p.m. on North Main Street. Male, 34, Sheridan, was arrested for domestic unlawful touch and interference with a peace officer at 7:48 p.m. on South Sheridan Avenue. *Calls* *Friday* Officers conducted an incineration of medications left in the Drug Take Back bin at 6:30 a.m. on W. 12th Street. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at 10:12 a.m. on Loucks Street. Officers responded to a report of sexual battery at 12:14 p.m. on Joe Street. Determined to have occurred in out of county jurisdiction. Officers issued a trespass warning at 12:14 p.m. on W. Fifth Street when manager of apartment complex requested trespass notice for previous tenant. Tenant was contacted and trespassed. Officers responded to a report of shoplifting at 1:16 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Shoplifter was in custody at Wal-Mart. Female subject cited for shoplifting. Officers conducted a bar check at 7:30 p.m. on North Main Street. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 7:41 p.m. on Sugarland Drive. Officers conducted a bar check at 9:42 p.m. on North Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:21 p.m. on Broadway Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:26 p.m. on North Main Street. Parties involved agreed to separate for the evening and next morning. Officers conducted a bar check at 4:03 a.m. on North Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 4:20 a.m. on North Main Street. Officers took complaint of a hit and run that occurred overnight on a parked vehicle at 8:51 a.m. on S. Sheridan Avenue. Male subject was cited for Hit and Run (unattended). Officers removed a subject at 12:06 p.m. on North Main Street. A cell phone was found and turned into police department at 3:02 p.m. on Sunrise Lane. Owner was located and phone was returned. *Saturday* Officers conducted a bar check at 1:04 p.m. on North Main Street. The driver of a Toyota was contacted by police as result of a driving complaint at 8:58 a.m. on Works Street. Driver was not intoxicated, but deemed unable to safely operate a motor vehicle. Driver was given a ride home by a friend. Officers responded to a complaint of a verbal dispute over personal belongings at 12:20 p.m. on Swan Street. After further investigation officers deemed this to be a civil problem. Officers responded to a minor two vehicle accident in a parking lot at 2:36 p.m. on Sugarland Drive. One driver cited for Unsafe Backing. Officers conducted warrant service at 3:06 p.m. on N. Custer Street. Officers responded to a hit and run report when complaint was made of a Ford having received damage from another vehicle at 4:16 p.m. on Coffeen. Officers took complaint of a cold domestic incident at 5 p.m. on North Main Street. Case was investigated and forwarded to the County Attorney’s Office for review. Officers responded to a report of smoke/odor at 10:26 p.m. on Avoca Place. *Sunday* One female was cited for disorderly conduct; befouling, after urinating in a parking lot at 12:11 a.m. on E. Alger. Citizen filed a delayed accident report at 9:24 a.m. on W. 12th Street. Accident occurred on private property. Both drivers involved had exchanged insurance information. Officers were dispatched to a complaint of damaged property caused by fireworks at 12:11 p.m. on Bugalow Village Lane. Officers responded to a report of smoke/odor at 5:40 p.m. on Avoca Place. Officers also responded to four suspicious vehicle/person reports; 16 animal complaints; one civil call; four welfare/mental reports; four 911 hang-ups; three alarms; one parking complaint and one abandoned vehicle report. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* *Thursday* Officers responded to damaged property at 12:18 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan. Officers responded to a hit and run at 12:05 p.m. on Wolf Creek Road in Ranchester. Officers responded to a hit and run at 9:32 p.m. on Main Street in Dayton. *Friday* Officers responded to a structure fire at 4:22 a.m. on Front Street in Clearmont . Officers assisted an agency at 6:04 p.m. on Big Horn Avenue, Hwy 332, mile marker 3, in Sheridan. Officers responded to a fight at 8:32 p.m. on W. 13th Street on Sheridan. Officers responded to a found animal at 8:32 p.m. on W. 13th Street in Sheridan. *Saturday* Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle report at 3:13 a.m. on Cat Creek Road, mile post 1, in Sheridan.
