All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Ashley Sands-Ingram, 27, no home city given, was arrested on a Sheridan County warrant at 6:40 a.m. on North Heights Drive. Zachary Lilly, 23, Sheridan, was arrested for possession of controlled substances at 12:35 p.m. on N. Gould Street. *Calls* Officers took report of missing 15-year-old juvenile female at 12:50 a.m. on Demple Street. Entered as a runaway. Officers took report stalking at 9:50 a.m. on E. Works Street. Reporting party requested the officer not speak with subject and for the incident to just be documented. Police responded to a verbal dispute, non-violent, at 10:17 a.m. on W. Brundage Street. Subjects were separated. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident on Sheridan Avenue at 11:31 a.m. No injuries, one driver cited for unsafe left-hand turn. Officers responded to a reported a custody dispute at 12:52 p.m. on DeSmet Avenue. All involved parties were contacted and advised to wait for court proceedings to take place, as there is a hearing scheduled for later this month. Officers responded to a suspicious advertisement on Craig's List at 1:35 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Officers took report of a stolen bicycle from motel parking lot at 2:15 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Under Investigation. Officers responded to a report of phone harassment at 3:17 p.m. on Avon Street. Officers responded to a hit and run at 4:08 p.m. on E. First Street. A vehicle parked on the street was struck and received damage to the mirror. No suspect information. Officers responded to a fraud report at 4:30 p.m. on Avoca Place when a college student who sold a computer on Craig's List and was sent a fraudulent check. Officers responded to a verbal dispute at 4:45 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. Officers took report of a male subject soliciting another for drugs at 5:03 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Case unfounded. Officers responded to a report of fraud at 5:14 p.m. on Yonkee Avenue when a fraudulent online charge was found on credit card. Officers responded to a report of child abuse at 6:04 p.m. on Park Street. Further investigation will follow. Officers investigated a report of stolen property at a hotel at 8:13 p.m. on N.
