(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Tuesday, Jan. 12, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* David Hanson, 44, Riverton, was arrested for DWUI at 6:25 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. An unidentified male was arrested for domestic battery and huffing when officers responded to a complaint of a domestic violence at 7:16 p.m. on Clarendon Avenue. *Calls* Officers responded to a report of harassment when a female complained of receiving unwanted phone calls at 9:34 a.m. on Val Vista Street. A case was generated for traffic survey regarding seatbelt usage at 10 a.m. in the Sheridan area. Officers responded to a report of phone harassment at 12:03 p.m. on W. Fifth Street when additional activity occurred regarding a current investigation. Officers responded to a report of fraud at 12:34 p.m. on Avon Street when a subject reportedly stated he was from Microsoft and a computer needed fixed. Computer was remote accessed and likely files copied as common for this type of scam. Officers responded to a report of drug activity at 2:09 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Officers assisted an agency at 2:54 p.m. on S. Brooks Street. Officers took report of lost or stolen prescription medications at 3:56 p.m. on Birch Street. Officers responded to a domestic dispute between multiple individuals at 4:09 p.m. on Michael Drive. Those involved agreed to separated until emotions calmed down. Officers responded to a mental subject at 4:37 p.m. on E. Works Street. Officers responded to a request for a welfare check request at 7:59 p.m. on N. Main Street. It was determined that everything was in order and the individual was safe. The Sheridan Police also responded to three animal incidents, one 911 hang-up and one alarm. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to a report of fraud at 9:02 a.m. on Smith Street in Dayton. Officers responded to suspicious circumstances at 10:35 a.m. on W. 13th Street in Sheridan. Officers responded to an alarm at 3:21 p.m. on Canvasback Road in Sheridan. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 6:23 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at 6:51 p.m. on Fort Road in Sheridan. #dally #news
