Green Boomerang moving to permanent downtown home by February

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — The Green Boomerang will soon be in its permanent downtown home. In September, the Sheridan Senior Center and Downtown Sheridan Association announced the purchase of the Dan’s Western Wear Building by Phoenix Limited to be used for the Senior Center’s Green Boomerang Thrift Store. The Green Boomerang will occupy the store location formerly leased by Dan’s Western Wear. The Dan’s building has been purchased by the Phoenix Limited Partnership for the Green Boomerang. “It is awesome to have this downtown location,” Downtown Sheridan Association Director Beth Holsinger said in September. “It is a beautiful building to be owned by a private entity and to be used by a great organization.” The Senior Center says it could use volunteers to help move.
