All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Melinda Berkshire, 35, Sheridan, was arrested on a Sheridan County warrant at 1:16 p.m. on Avoca Place. An unidentified 33-year-old female Sheridan resident was arrested for domestic battery, criminal entry and property destruction at 9:39 p.m. on W. 15th Street when officers responded to a request for the removal of a subject. *Calls* Officers conducted a bar check at 12:28 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances at 9:30 a.m. on N. Main Street. Incident involved suspected financial abuse of elderly persons. Case under investigation. Officers responded to a report of fraud at 12:31 p.m. on S. Main Street. Officers responded to a report of malicious destruction at 1:07 p.m. on Avoca Place when report was made of a vehicle being tampered with, and a request was placed for extra patrol in the area. Two juveniles were caught smoking a vape pen on the school bus at 1:39 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Both were cited for MIP-Tobacco. A male subject was cited for criminal entry and littering after police responded to the report of a male subject entering a vehicle at 2:50 p.m. on N. Gould Street. Officers responded to a report of attempted fraud at 2:59 p.m. on S. Sheridan Avenue. Victim contacted law enforcement before any activity could take place. Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 100 block of W. 5th Street at 3:04 p.m. on Fifth Street. No injuries, no citations issued. Non-state reportable. Officers responded to a harassment report at 4:20 p.m. on E. College Ave. Officers responded to a report of a juvenile out of control at 6:21 p.m. on Gladstone Street. The juvenile and parents were contacted regarding the incident. The situation was resolved. Officers conducted a bar check at 7:40 p.m. on N. Brooks Street. Officers removed a subject at 8:26 p.m. on N. Main Street when report was made of a physical domestic between a male and female. The female suspect had left prior to officer's arrival and was not located. Case under investigation. Officers conducted a bar check at 10:59 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 11:12 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:17 p.m. on N. Brooks Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:21 p.m. on N.
