All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* James Mclaughlin, 25, Sheridan was arrested for DWUI following a traffic stop at 9:37 p.m. on E. Loucks Street. An unidentified subject was located, arrested and handed over to detention staff after served a Niobrara County Warrant at 4:17 p.m. on S. Main Street. *Calls* Officers responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle at 12:07 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers responded to reports of a prowler at 1:48 a.m. on KROE Lane. Officer conducted traffic stop of vehicle stopped in intersection at 10:08 a.m. on W. 11th Street. After making contact with driver, it was determined driver may have had medical problem. Ambulance crew determined driver was fine. Officers responded to suspicious circumstances at 2:27 p.m. on Long Drive. Suspicious circumstance reported about a student. Situation was determined to be a parental issue. Parents were notified of situation. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious person at 2:31 p.m. on S. Dome Drive. Officers conducted an alcohol compliance check at a bar at 5:24 p.m. on N. Main Street. A male bartender was cited for furnishing alcohol to minor. Officers conducted an alcohol compliance check at 5:48 p.m. on N. Main Street. One server was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver at 6:24 p.m. on Second Street. Officers conducted an alcohol compliance check on local establishment at 6:24 p.m. on N. Main Street. Server was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance at 7:13 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Both parties were contacted and there was no proof that any domestic violence occurred. This case dispute started over a custody disagreement. Officers took report of a battery at a local organization at 7:24 p.m. on Big Horn Avenue. It was determined that this incident would be best handled by the organization. A female was cited for driving on a suspended drivers license after a traffic stop at 9:21 p.m. on W. Second Street. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at 9:41 p.m. on Fort Road. Officers responded to an attempt to locate call at 10:12 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers also responded to one abandoned vehicle report, two animal incidents and two welfare checks. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to a minor in possession report at 1:02 p.m. on Hwy 335 in Big Horn. A "records only" call was logged at 1:03 p.m. on W. 13th Street in Sheridan. Officers responded to an alarm at 2:27 p.m. on Canvasback Road in Sheridan.
