(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Friday, Jan. 15-Sunday, Jan. 17, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* *Friday* Arrested Edwin Badgett, 23, Sheridan was arrested on an arrest and hold order from probation and parole at 8:19 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Milo Henson, 40, Sheridan, was arrested for warrants out of Sheridan County and Converse County at 11:10 a.m. on W. Fourth Street. Michael Montoya, 30, Sheridan, was arrested for a probation and parole arrest and hold order at 12:02 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. David Lopez, 37, Sheridan, was arrested on Municipal Court and Circuit Court warrants after being contacted as a passenger in a vehicle during a traffic stop at 8:04 p.m. on N. Scott Street. *Saturday* Vernon Phillips, 37, Buffalo, was arrested for DUI alcohol as the result of a consensual contact at 11:05 a.m. on S. Scott Street. Andrew Gaudard, 27, Sheridan, was arrested for public intoxication/refused a breath test at 11:05 a.m. on S. Scott Street. Gaudard was a passenger in Phillips' vehicle. Sheldon Beckwith, 40, South Dakota, was arrested for interference at 6:33 p.m. on S. Main Street when request was made for removal of subject in the 300 block of S Main St. When Beckwith was contacted by officers wandering around outside a residence, he became violent. *Sunday* Ronald Coburn, 59, Casper, was arrested for DWUI and open container at 1:50 a.m. on N. Main Street. Melanie Bradley, 37, Sheridan, was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 2:33 p.m. on S. Thurmond Street. Chase Fowler, 19, Sheridan, was arrested for property destruction and interference at 3:14 p.m. on W. 12th Street, when a female drove to the Police Department because her boyfriend refused to exit her car. Dispatchers had observed the boyfriend exit the car and kick the side of the car causing body damage. When approached by law enforcement, the boyfriend/Fowler ran. *Calls* *Friday* A female was cited for possession of marijuana after a welfare check at 1:49 a.m. on Sugarland Drive. Officers were dispatched to Star Liquor for a complaint of theft at 8:35 a.m. on N. Main Street. Suspect was identified by video surveillance and issued a citation for theft and a trespass warning. Upon a traffic stop, a driver was cited for registration required and no insurance at 9:31 a.m. on W. Fifth Street. A traffic stop was conducted for expired registration at 10:46 a.m. on Broadway Street. Driver was cited for driving under suspension and not having a required ignition interlock device. Officers responded to a complaint of a an assault in progress at 1:06 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers arrived and deemed the complaint to be unfounded. An intoxicated male found unconscious in front of a business at 2:09 p.m. on N. Main Street. Male would not wake up and answer questions. Male was transported to hospital for treatment. Subject cited for public intoxication and left in hospital staff care. Male was too intoxicated to give a PBT sample. An illegally parked vehicle blocking traffic was towed from the 50 block of E. Brundage Lane at 6:39 p.m. on E. Brundage Lane. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:04 p.m. on Broadway Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:20 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers conducted a bar check at 11:20 p.m. on N. Main Street. *Saturday* Officers responded to a noise complaint at 2:47 a.m. on W. Timberline Drive. Officers took complaint of a driver passing a school bus with stop arm deployed at 4:39 a.m. on Carlin Street. Female came into the Police Department because she wanted someone to talk with at 4:58 a.m. on W. 12th Street. Female was given resources to help. A painter fell off scaffolding and stopped breathing at 9:38 a.m. on S. Connor Street. Medical aid was given and patient was taken to Sheridan Memorial Hospital ER. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 12:28 p.m. on Bowman Avenue. Officers responded to complaint of tires being slashed in a parking lot at 2:42 p.m. on Sugarland Drive. Officers responded to complaint of a prescription medication theft from residence at 4:34 p.m. on Dunnuck Street. Officers responded to a complaint of theft of fuel from a convenience store at 8:34 p.m. on N. Main Street. Suspect was identified and will be contacted. Officers responded to report of a road hazard at 11:15 p.m. on E. Brundage Lane. *Sunday * Officers responded to a DUI-Reddi report at 12:21 a.m. on Dana Avenue. Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident at 9:56 a.m. on Big Horn Avenue. One driver was cited for speed greater than reasonable. Officers responded to a civil dispute at 10:21 a.m. on Bowman Avenue. Officers took report of neighbors arguing over one's driving in the snow at 11:32 a.m. on Holloway Avenue. Officers responded to complaint of two juveniles sledding on private property at 12:13 p.m. on Sixth Street. Officers responded to a careless driver at 1:41 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers conducted a bar check at 2:30 p.m. on N. Main Street. Police responded to a burglary in progress at local residence at 4:09 p.m. on N. Main Street. Three individuals threatened the resident and interfered with the resident’s attempts to call 911. Suspects had left prior to officer arrival. Suspects are known. A traffic stop at 5:42 p.m. on Broadway Street resulted in one male being cited for possession of a controlled substance. Officers responded when a counterfeit five dollar bill was recovered at a local business at 10:58 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers also responded to four motorist and agency assistance requests; one domestic incident; 11 parking, traffic, VIN and abandoned vehicle incidents; eight suspicious vehicle/individual reports; four welfare requests; two animal incidents; and one snow removal request. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Sheriff's Office calls will be added when they are made available. #dally #news
