Zachary S. Lilly, 23, Sheridan, was arrested on a Circuit Court warrant at 7:08 p.m. on W. 12th Street. *Calls* Officers responded to a complaint of a utility account being opened under someone else’s name at 8:38 a.m. on Mydland Road. Waiting for paperwork to be provided by utility company. A male driver was cited for driving with a suspended driver license at 10:40 a.m. on North Heights Lane. A traffic stop was conducted and the passenger was cited for open container at 11:13 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers took complaint of someone having spray painted graffiti on local residence at 12:12 p.m. on Cindy Drive. Officers responded to a report of shots at 5:05 p.m. on Avoca Place. Parent requested the police department investigate how her juvenile son obtained an iPhone at 5:35 p.m. on E. Third Street. Investigation revealed no criminal activity. Two juveniles were cited for shoplifting at a local business at 7:56 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers responded to 26 total incidents Tuesday. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* Officers responded to a stolen vehicle report at 3:18 p.m. on Broadway Avenue in Dayton.
