Dispatch: Another counterfeit $100; Alcohol incidents; filthy premises on Yonkee

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Friday, Feb. 12-Sunday, Feb. 14, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Taunie Williams, 28, Rock Springs, arrested on an arrest and hold order from probation and parole at 2 p.m. on College Meadow Drive. Elizabeth Nell, 43, CA, was arrested for shoplifting after walking out of the store with over $700 in merchandise at 2L01 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Robert Peltier, 28, Sheridan, was arrested for a local warrant at 7:49 p.m. on N. Main Street. *Saturday* Mary Kearney, 52, Busby, Mont., was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 7:50 p.m. on N. Main Street. *Sunday* Antonio Tallbull, 23, Billings, Mont., was arrested for DUS in the 1100 block of N Main following a traffic stop at 8:59 a.m. *Calls* *Friday * Officers took report of a possible sexual assault at 1:03 a.m. in the Sheridan area. Under investigation. Twenty one pounds of surrendered medications were incinerated at the Sheridan Police Department at 6:30 a.m. on E. 12th Street. Officers responded when a woman had questions in regard to chickens in a residential area at 8:06 a.m. on Tschirgi Street. Officers responded when a man was found deceased at 11:52 a.m. on E. Fifth Street. Under investigation. Officers responded to a report of counterfeiting at 2:26 p.m. on N. Main Street when a local financial institution reported a counterfeit $100 bill. Case is under investigation. Officers responded to a report of a dog bite at 3:01 p.m. on Dunnuck St.; owner of dog contacted, dog placed on home quarantine. Officers responded to a report of domestic battery at 3:57 p.m. in the Sheridan area, case sent to county attorney for further review. A male subject was cited for disorderly conduct befouling following contact for befouling at 7:49 p.m. on N. Main Street. *Saturday* Officers responded to a report of a fight at Rails at 2 a.m. on Broadway Street. Officers responded to a report of a possible theft that may have occurred sometime during the daytime hours of Feb. 12, 2016, at 2:32 a.m. on Delphi Avenue. Officers served a warrant to Richard Anderson, 31, Sheridan for Failure to Pay at 10:21 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. Two juveniles were cited following a report of a fight at WalMart at 12:20 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers investigated a complaint of an odor of marijuana at an apartment building at 2:04 p.m. on N. Custer Street. One male was issued a citation. Officers responded to a runaway report at 4:01 p.m. on Long Drive. The juvenile's friend was contacted and she was brought home safely. Traffic stop for running a stop sign resulted in one male being cited for possession of marijuana at 8:50 p.m. on Marion Street. One male was arrested for Domestic Battery as a result of a citizencalling in regarding the fight and officers responding at 9:27 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Report of a suspicious circumstance involving a child at 10:17 p.m. on S. Main Street. Case under investigation. *Sunday* A traffic stop resulting in one passenger being cited for MIP alcohol at 1:03 a.m. on N. Gould Street. Police responded to property destruction of a yard lamp at 8:37 a.m. on W. Burrows Street. Officers took a report of threats being made from a previous night at 10:11 a.m. on E. Fourth Street. The involved parties were contacted and one male was issued a trespass warning. Officers responded to report of a filthy premise at 11:16 a.m. on Yonkee Avenue. Backyard of a house was found to be covered with trash. Property owner notified and given two week to clean property. Officers responded to a reported neighborhood dispute about noise at 11:20 a.m. on W. Fifth Street, both parties contacted and advised to contact their property manager in reference to noise complaints. Officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances at a business at 12:29 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Case is currently under investigation. Report of a noise complaint in the 1100 block of S. Timberline at 6:26 p.m. Drive with multiple cars revving their engines. Later calls from different complainants indicated that multiple cars were speeding in Sheridan County near Big Horn.
