Dispatch: Agencies respond to two fires; report of dog attack and dog killing ducks; Two arrested after report of stolen longboard in Whitney Park

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Friday, Feb. 19-Sunday, Feb. 21, recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* *Friday* Patrick Ridenour, 24, Sheridan, was stopped for running a red light and arrested for DUI at 1:09 a.m. on S. Main Street. Request of a subject removal resulted in Paul A Johansen, 30, Sheridan, being arrested for a bench warrant and another male being cited for disorderly conduct at 2:29 a.m. on Sugarland Drive. Kimberly Lebeau, 53, Billings, was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 6:47 p.m. on N. Main Street. Nicholas Evers, 27, Sheridan, was arrested for Eluding and DWUI at 11:10 p.m. on Works Street. *Saturday* Sara Cousins-Brow, 60, Sheridan, was arrested on a Fremont County Warrant at 2:39 p.m. on Avoca Place. Ryan Larnuer, 26, Casper, arrested on an outstanding warrant as the result of a traffic stop at 10:06 p.m. on Brundage Lane. Scott Vangoethen, 45, Cheyenne, was arrested for DWUI alcohol at 10:46 p.m. on W. Alger. *Sunday* Connor Adams, 24, Sheridan was arrested for DWUI at 1:53 a.m. Police responded to the report of a stolen long board in the Whitney Park area at 1:03 p.m. Two male suspects were contacted, identified and arrested. (See below.) Lyle Wallace, 28, Sheridan, was arrested on Municipal Court warrant at 1:03 p.m. on W. Alger. Andrew Wallace, 26, Ranchester, was arrested on warrant service out of Larimer County, CO, at 1:03 p.m. on W. Alger. *Calls* *Friday* Officers found a male subject highly intoxicated in a parking lot at 12:49 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers assisted the male subject to Veterans Hospital for treatment. Officers took report of a tree branch that is about to fall on the sidewalk area that is also a school bus stop at 8:08 a.m. on Heald Street. Contact has been made with Don Hauf, who will look into the situation. Officers responded to a report of a dog attacking another at 9 a.m. on Leopard Street. Owner of attacking dog was issued a citation. Officers responded to a hit and run reported at 2:10 p.m. on Smith Street in the parking lot of the Senior Center. Suspect Vehicle is 2005 Black Jeep. Under investigation. Officers took report of a dog killing neighbors' ducks at 5:56 p.m. on Frackleton Street. Case pending contact with dog owner. A male was cited for Driving Under Suspension as the result of a traffic stop at 7:56 p.m., no on ST & N. *Saturday* A female was arrested for domestic battery following an investigation at a residence after a neighbor called police at 10:41 a.m. in Sheridan. A male shoplifted a bottle of peach vodka and left on a bicycle at 1:54 p.m. on Coffeen. Case under investigation. Officers responded when a subject made threats to harm staff members at an assisted living home at 2:04 p.m. on Works Street. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious man taking pictures of kids and women with a cell phone at 3:54 p.m. on Coffeen. Subject was located and the case is under investigation. A female subject was cited and released for furnishing liquor to a minor after failing a Alcohol Compliance Check at 5:47 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Alcohol compliance checks administered at local establishments at 6:30 p.m. on Broadway Street. One citation issued for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Officers responded to a report of suspicious circumstances at 7:32 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. This case is currently under investigation. *Sunday* Officers responded to a bar check at local establishment at 12:32 a.m. on N. Main Street. Fight was investigated and two male subjects were cited for fighting in public. Officers contacted one male at 1:20 a.m. on N. Main Street while on foot patrol, noting that he was on probation and consuming alcohol in violation of his probation terms. Case report made for his probation officer. Officers responded to a structure fire at 10:11 a.m. on Spaulding Street. There were no injuries and firefighters were able to contain the blaze . Officer assisted Sheridan Fire with traffic control and barricades during a garage fire in the 1200 block of Spaulding. Officers responded to a report of shots at 7:17 p.m. on Village Lane in Sheridan. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* The SCSO responded to 17 incidents over the weekend, including: Officers responded to a report of battery at 11:03 a.m. Friday in the Sheridan area. Officers responded to a structure fire at 11:37 a.m. Saturday on Eagle Drive (near Decker Highway) in Sheridan. Officers responded to a report of burglary at 10:57 p.m. Saturday on E. Burkitt in Sheridan. Officers responded to a trespassing at 11:56 a.m. Sunday on Dana Avenue in Sheridan.
