Dispatch: Officers dispatched to assisted living home; two cited for fighting at 10:13 p.m.; money lost at Walmart

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the Wednesday, Feb. 25 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *No arrests* *Calls* Officers were dispatched to an assisted living home at 7:37 a.m. on W. Works Street when a patient that was acting out and threatening other people in the house. Subject was able to calm down and was left with caretakers at the facility. Officers took a historical report of a sexual assault in the Sheridan area at 10:57 a.m. Under investigation. Officers got a call of money that may have been lost at Walmart at 11:59 a.m. on Coffeen. Case under investigation. A male subject was voluntarily transported to the emergency room to seek help for alcohol dependency at 12:28 p.m. in the Sheridan area. Officers responded to a report of a vehicle running a red light and swerving at 5:49 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Officers made contact with the registered owner of the license plate provided by witness. Registered owner admitted to being in intersection while the light was red. Driver of parked vehicle contacted by an officer at 9:17 a.m. on W. Alger Ave. Driver identified themselves and officer learned the driver was operating the vehicle on a suspended drivers license. Driver cited for drivers license cancelled. Two subjects were cited for fighting at 10:13 p.m. on Sugarland Drive. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* The SCSO responded to three incidents, including one bond violation incident at 8 p.m. on Red Grade Road in Story. #dally #news
