(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Today, in 1884, the City of Sheridan was officially incorporated by an act of the Legislature. In 132 years, Sheridan has seen some amazing things! In the 1920s, Ernest Hemingway headed to the Bighorns with Elsa Spear Byron, where he reportedly worked on "A Farewell to Arms." [image: Inline image 1] *Ernest Hemingway fishing in Wyoming, ca.
