15 take the plunge for Wyoming Special Olympics

"What is really special is that a lot of times, the athletes themselves jump, raising money for their own event," Carrie Pilcher, Area IV Director for the Wyoming Special Olympics said. Today's event featured athletes, volunteers and family members taking the plunge.
