Dispatch: Four arrests; complaint of empty alcohol bottles in parking lot made on Wednesday

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the March 23 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. The *Sheridan Police Department* responded to 29 incidents Wednesday, including: *Arrests* Kyle Wood, 22, Sheridan, was arrested for DUI and possession of controlled substance in plant form at 2:18 a.m. on KROE Lane. Julia Metz, 28, Sheridan, was arrested on an arrest and hold order issued by Probation and Parole at 8:30 a.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Stacie Dolzadelli, 36, Sheridan, was arrested on an outstanding Municipal warrant at 12:56 p.m. on Spaulding Street. Jon Novak, 53, Sheridan, was arrested on a Sheridan County warrant at 9:13 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. *Calls* A female was cited for driving on a suspended driver's license and driving without an ignition interlock device at 8:26 a.m. on Main Street. Complaint was made at 12:24 p.m. on N. Main Street of empty alcohol containers found on property adjacent to an apartment parking lot. Also reported frequent traffic from several vehicles and loud music late at night. Officer advised reporting party to contact police department when loud music is observed and a request for closed patrol was made. A female complained of being harassed by ex-boyfriend at 2:03 p.m. on W. Fifth Street. It was determined that the complainant initiated as much contact with the ex-boyfriend as he did with her. It was suggested that both individuals stop contacting each other. Complaint was made of someone leaving a tire and a bucket of oil on private property at 2:51 p.m. Complaint was made of possible drug activity at 6:37 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to the area and were unable to determine if any drug activity took place.
