(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Have you noticed the "Sheridan Naturally" brand? We have! When we heard at Dally
that the Downtown Sheridan
Association had received grant funding for
it's new signage from Wyoming Main Street
, we wanted to know
about the new brand.
Beth Holisinger of the DSA says the Wyoming Business Council approved
$30,000 of a requested $60,000 to fund phase one of implementing a county
wide "Wayfinding plan," which was created in 2014.
"The Sheridan Naturally banners you see on Main Street are an example of
the new brand, which was created by the Economic Development Task Force. We
are using the same font and colors on the signage," Holsinger explained.

The Wyoming Main Street Program announced that the Downtown Sheridan
Association’s request to fund new signage for the City of Sheridan was
partially approved on Wednesday.
The DSA will apply for the second half of the funding on April 1, 2016.
The signs will all consistently represent the new Sheridan brand, "Sheridan
The signs are being placed in strategic locations to promote downtown
Sheridan, parks, museums, restaurants, shopping and many other amenities,
as well as to encourage and welcome travelers visiting and passing through
The Wayfinding Committee was a joint effort between the City of Sheridan,
DSA and many other community partners.
