Dispatch: School bus fly-by, officer bitten, drunk pedestrian on highway, and more

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the March 25-27 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Calls:* *March 25, 2016 * At 1:39 a.m. at W 8th Street, two minors were cited for MIP-aAlcohol, Curfew Violation, and MIP-Tobacco as the result of one minor called in as a runaway. At 8:05 a.m. at W 12th Street, there was an incineration of surrendered medications through the Drug Take Back program. 16.5 total pounds were incinerated. At 10:19 a.m. on S. Sheridan Ave. a traffic complaint was filed for a report of a vehicle passing a stopped school bus. Under investigation. At 1:19 p.m. on Yonkee Avenue, 'Filthy Premises' was reported. Report of a property with two broken down vehicles in the front yard and blowing trash. Contact with the property owner has been made, area will be cleaned up. At 6:13 p.m. at Long Drive there was a report of a domestic at residence. Subjects had separated prior to officer arrival. No injuries were sustained and the case was sent to the County Attorney for review of possible charges. At 9:26 p.m. at Carlin St. a report of an intoxicated male walking on a roadway. A male, age 21, of Buffalo, Wyoming was arrested for drunk pedestrian on a highway. *March 26, 2016 * At 12:30 a.m. on North Main Street there was a report of Hit and Run which resulted in one male cited for Hit and Run as well as no insurance. Same male, as well as two others, cited for Possession of Paraphernalia. At 12:46 on N Custer St a report of a suicidal female subject. Subject taken to Sheridan Memorial for medical treatment. Subject was also cited for interference with a peace officer after biting an officer. At 2:08 a.m. on Long Drive a report of a suspicious male entering apartments resulted in Brian McClelland, 28 of Sheridan, being arrested for criminal entry. At 11:06 a.m. on Sheridan Area a report of sexual assault of a minor. Case under investigation. At 4:57 p.m. on N Main St. a report of possible structure fire . Fire contained by Sheridan Fire and Rescue. Foul play not suspected, possible grease fire. At 5:26 p.m. on Wyoming Ave. a report was made of a Pit Bull that jumped a fence and chased a child. Owner of dog contacted, unknown who child is. *March 27, 2016* At 10:33 a.m. on N Main St. officers responded to a vehicle that got its windows broken out. Case is suspended pending further information, no info, no suspect. At 3:48 p.m. on N MAIN ST a report was made of marijuana joint found in men's bathroom. Item seized and entered into evidence. No suspects as of this time. At 11: 52 p.m. on N. Main Street a traffic stop resulted in juvenile offenders being cited for the following: Interference with a Peace Officer, youthful DWUI and minor consuming alcohol. #dally #news
