Dispatch: Warning given for feeding pigeons, phone harassment, reckless driving and more

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the March 29 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Calls:* At 11:53 a.m. on Highland Ave. 35 year old Ronald Nixon of Sheridan was arrested for probation violation. At 11:57 a.m. on S Sheridan Ave Animal control officer observed fifty (50) plus pigeons in the backyard of an address. Property owner contacted and warned for feeding wildlife. At 1:40 p.m. on Holloway Ave. one male complained of being harassed over the telephone by multiple people. It was suggested he document the interactions and advise the callers he did not wish to speak with them. At 3:09 p.m. on East Ridge Rd. a female county resident left the Land Fill without paying for services. Female was contacted and issue was resolved. At 10:25 p.m. on Poplar Trl a complaint was made of a white truck spinning ‘cookies’ in the roadway. Driver of the truck was contacted at his residence and advised of the complaint. At 11:55 p.m. on Sugarland Drive a complaint of a domestic between boyfriend and girlfriend at local bar.
