Dispatch: Damage at Dayton park; Reckless driver tip leads PD to underage drinking party

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the April 1-April 3 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* *Saturday* Sandra Lucero, 47, Sheridan, was arrested for a City of Sheridan municipal warrant at 8:35 p.m. on S. Water Street. Sandra was transported and handed over the Sheridan County Detention Center. James Hall, 52, Sheridan, was arrested for DUI-alcohol after a DUI-Reddi report at 9:03 p.m. on W. 10th Street. Sunday Jesse Beels, 37, Ranchester, was arrested for pedestrian under the influence of alcohol at 12:16 a.m. on N. Main Street. Beels was transported to the Sheridan County Detention center and handed over to staff without incident. Presumptive BAC of .22%. John D. Diaz, 66, Sheridan, was arrested at 12:22 p.m. on Fort Road for a local Circuit Court Warrant. Dalton Goodyear, 18, Sheridan, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Ridgeway Avenue for a local warrant for Failure to Pay Fines. *Calls* *Friday* Officers responded to a report of male looking in vehicles and pulling door handles, but not gaining entry into the vehicles at 3:32 p.m. on N. Main Street. Officers contacted male who was advised to not pull on door handles and look in vehicles. Report of a juvenile not leaving a property after asked numerous times at 4:29 p.m. on Avoca Place. The juvenile was contacted and trespassed from the property. Officers responded to a structure fire at 6:37 p.m. on Colorado Street. Officers responded to a report of harassment at 7 p.m. on N. Sheridan Avenue. Female suspect was contacted and given a trespass warning. Driver was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia following a consensual contact at 10:04 p.m. on Second Street. *Saturday* A traffic stop was conducted at 3:07 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue. Two passengers were cited for Possession of controlled substance in plant form. Report of man stumbling around on the side of the road, possibly drunk at 4:15 p.m. on Grove Drive. Officers contacted male who was determined to be intoxicated and male was given a ride home. One male was cited for possession of a controlled substance following a welfare check at 8:51 p.m. on W. Loucks Street. Another male was arrested on a warrant, and another male was placed on a title 25 hold. Report of a sexual assault in the Sheridan area at 10:34 p.m., case under investigation. Report of a reckless driver was made at 10:44 p.m. on Coffeen. Driver was contacted at a residence. The residence contained underage juveniles drinking. Four juveniles were cited for MIP alcohol, and the male renting the house was cited for hosting a house party where minors are present. *Sunday* Vehicle failed to stop for a police car at 2:02 a.m. on N. Sheridan Avenue. Case is under investigation. *Sheridan County Sheriff's Office* *Friday* Officers responded to an interference incident at 1:02 a.m. on West 13th Street in Sheridan. *Saturday* Officers responded to an assault reported at 7:51 p.m. on Lane Lane in Sheridan. *Sunday* Officers responded to a burglary reported at 5:53 a.m. on Halbert Street in Ranchester. Officers responded to a theft report at 9:48 a.m. on Soldier Creek Road in Sheridan. Officers responded to a property destruction report at 10:25 a.m. on Railway Street in Ranchester. Officers responded to a report of property destruction at 11:31 a.m. on South Fork Avenue in Big Horn View Park in Dayton.
