Dispatch: Threats; jail transports; homeowner finds someone in house

(Sheridan, Wyo.) — Here is the April 4 recap of law enforcement activity in the Sheridan area. All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. *Sheridan Police Department* *Arrests* Phillip Turkey, 22, Sheridan was arrested for an outstanding bench warrant issued from Municipal Court at 3:50 a.m. on W. Fifth Street. Daniel Riggs, 28, Newcastle, WY, was arrested on a Probation & Parole Arrest and Hold Order at 10:40 a.m. on Strahan Parkway. Waylon Thomas, 29, Gillette, was arrested on an arrest and hold order through Probation and Parole at 10:41 a.m. on Strahan Parkway. Seth McEntee, 25, Sheridan, was arrested on an arrest and hold order through probation and parole at 2:56 a.m. on Strahan Parkway. *Calls* Complaint was made of a male banging on apartment door and making threats against a male resident at 3:43 a.m. on Dunnuck Street. Trespass warning was requested for a disruptive individual. Subject was contacted and warning was given at 9:53 a.m. on Grinnell Plaza. Homeowner came home and found someone in their house at 10:50 a.m. on Victoria Street. Suspect later located by police and cited for criminal entry. Assisted Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation in arresting and transporting two subjects to jail at 10:51 a.m. on Marion Court. Complaint of a bicycle having been stolen at 11:21 a.m. on N. Main Street. Officers responded to a fire - other call at 4:11 p.m. on Wolf Creek. Officer responded to complaint of a dog running loose outside its residence at 6:43 p.m. on Michael Drive. Officer noticed the residence was unoccupied and back doors standing open. Resident owners were contacted via phone and learned to be out of town. Residence searched for intruder(s) then secured. Resident was advised to contact Law Enforcement upon returning home. Business requested a trespass warning be issued against a male being disruptive at 7:32 p.m. on Coffeen Avenue.
